The home is a cozy studio in a courtyard building in a quiet location. Beautiful location on the edge of a fell rock. The bathroom, toilet, and wood-fired sauna are located in a separate building with its own entrance. From time to time, there may be a small number of other users in this guest bathroom. Tenojoki is at the end of a couple hundred meters of driveway. From here, it's easy to access the beach, where there is a picnic table. A track leads from next to the plot towards the upland. P.S. The bunk bed is very sturdy.

This bright and well-equipped terraced apartment offers a relaxing base after days of outdoor activities, while still being close to services and activities. Hiking trails and ski trails start next to the apartment. Walking to the top of Kaunispää is only 1.7 km. Kuukkeli shopping center is about 1 km away. Near the apartment, about 400 meters away, there is a beach and a jetty.

Enjoy the ease of life in this quiet, centrally located place. Downstairs there is a kitchen and a living room with a TV, as well as a sauna, shower and toilet. The bedrooms are upstairs. There is also another toilet upstairs. The apartment has a terrace where you can sit outside. Location on the shore of the Ivalojoki river. This is our home, we rent it out when we are not there ourselves. The house is old and has been rebuilt.
