When we arrived at Parna’s place we immediately felt welcome. It was hearth warming to see how the whole family run the hotel/restaurant with passion and love! We enjoyed our time in the apartment, very close to all places we wanted to go while in Kutaisi, walkable. Had everything we would need for a short stay. The apartment had basic amenities for cooking. All other utilities worked well for us. It was very clean, just as we liked it. The balcony was special, though noisy from the traffic below.

We spent 3 nights at Irine’s place and loved it. It’s exactly as described/pictured and surrounded by a sweet little garden. The terrace is a perfect additional space to enjoy time away from the city. Just 5 mins walk from Colchis Fountain. Irine’s lovely mum lives next door. She greeted us with big smiles when we arrived. We chatted via Google translate and also meet Irine’s husband who was also very friendly and chatty (in English). The place is perfect. Comfy bed, good shower, clean, quiet, well equipped and well located. Stay here!

The perfect host, friendly and helpfull. The pictures does not do the apartment justice, it's much larger and better then in the pictures. Large bedroom with plenty of cupboards, everthing we needed was there and when we asked for something the host immediatly assisted us. The place is very private and in a peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance from shops, bakeries and several sights. Will definitely recommend this apartment.
