The house is located high in quiet house neighborhood at the end of small closed road. Short walk to shopping in the city center (grocery store and 2 supermarket), restaurants, close to "Gul Vandrerute" to Isfjorden. The accommodation is suitable for 3 people, but can be used by 4, no children under 8 years, (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 2 box mattresses (bunk bed)

If you are lucky, you can see whales from both the living room and the bedroom during the summer months. The home is centrally located in the city, but in a small area where there is no noise. There is easy access to winter swimming if you want to swim among icebergs.

Last but not least the home offers a large and brand new wooden terrace with outdoor furnitures.

Our cabin is located north of Ilulissat, 25 min. boat shuttle (included on the way out). Enjoy the silence and see icebergs and whales passing by this amazing location. The cabin is simple, but has kitchen and 6 beds (sleeping bags provided), plus a dry-toilet. You can fish, hike to nearby settlement, but best of all is to soak in the view and experience the peace at this location. There is no running water, but you get water by melting ice from the rocky beach.

Relax in this unique and quiet home. It is ready to rent with new paint, heat pump, click floor, small kitchen and various furniture. Feel free to ask by email. There is no water, i.e. no bath the toilet is a dry toilet. When renting, there are 20 liters of clean water, and if you want more, the waterworks are located 150 meters from the house. It is not a luxury house, but for you who want to try to live in a slightly older, real Greenlandic house.
