The apartment is spotless, extremely tastefully furnished and more spacious than the photos suggest. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed very comfortable. Another plus is - despite the central location - the car can be parked in front of the door.

We had a pleasant stay at Val Joyeux, a family home with a very authentic soul. The view of the bay is amazing, the environment is both peaceful while being close to the customs trail and the small center near the church that allows you to do some shopping. Jannick and Catherine were both very available and flexible on the arrival time. We hope to be back soon!

We used the home as a base when we visited our daughter who is au-pair in Pacé. Since the hostess was going on vacation a few days before our visit, she was extremely helpful in handing over the key to our daughter who lived nearby. Even though she was on vacation herself, she herself asked about our arrival, and always responded quickly to our questions. We had a special need to check out early and it wasn't a problem. It could be inconvenient for the hostess, but she was extremely service minded and understanding. The apartment is suitable for a quiet, adult couple who need a base to drive out and experience Brittany and, for example, Rennes from. It is much cheaper, more homely, nice and more flexible than a hotel - especially if you are willing to stand for your own breakfast. All amenities are in the kitchen. We give our very best recommendation from Christine.

Very nice and perfectly functional accommodation! Everything is designed for the comfort of guests, from small details to essential amenities. It immediately felt good. A great place that I would recommend in a second.

Apartment was very clean and Mai met us at the property to give us a full tour. The apartment is exactly the same as the description and fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. Apartment is only 10/15mins from INTRA MUROS and close to several supermarket s. Also a big bonus is having a secure parking space. Would definitely recommend staying here. This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.

We had a lovely week in Régine and Philippe's studio. Great welcome and small touches upon arrival. The studio is very nicely decorated, functional, well-equipped and perfectly located (bakery, restaurants, shops, etc.) We really enjoyed the small meals on the terrace with sea views and breathtaking sunrises. We discovered Saint-Cast-le-Guildo and we loved it!

The rental is charming and ideally located to visit Broceliande. The quality of the accommodation and its incredible garden, access to the barbecue, the outdoor dining area largely contributed to my excellent stay in this area. I would recommend it 100% . Jessica

Fantastic Duplex in a beautiful location. You are just a short walk to multiple beaches, restaurants, bakeries, etc. the unit is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for one week and really enjoyed our time here!

Perfect accommodation to stay in Saint-Lunaire. Beautiful view from the living room and bedroom, very close to shops and especially the sea. Well appointed and clean accommodation which makes the stay ideal with children. I highly recommend it.

It is in a well-maintained residence. We loved being a 7-minute walk from 2 very beautiful small beaches. Also very convenient for visiting Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale... Good surprise upon check in: spacious and bright accommodation (large bay window). Sheets and towels provided on arrival. The bedding is top notch. A small path at the end of the land takes us directly to the port, where shops, bars and restaurants and restaurants are located. In addition: the pool/sauna area, very nice for a small relaxing break.

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment.
