First, the positive: The hosts are exceptionally friendly, helpful & always available (even at night). The cameras were also deactivated on request. The location is quiet & private. For motorsport fans, the proximity to the race track is a highlight - usually only audible on weekends. The garden offers a small slide, swing and barbecue. Especially pleasant: air conditioning in all rooms. A few tips for realistic expectations: The pool is smaller than expected, but refreshing. The beach Playa L'Almadrava is not within walking distance right around the corner but can be reached quickly by car (info: from there you can see a nuclear power plant – but it did not bother us). The house was basically clean, but in the bathrooms there were some mold spots. A car is necessary as there is only a small bar and a supermarket with very limited opening hours nearby. Too bad: linens and towels cost extra. Conclusion: Overall, we had a very nice time. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay. Gloria Was incredibly friendly and helpful. the house is very homely with really all you need and more! The kitchen is extremly well equipped and there was even a bbq outside. Most of the time we were the only ones around the pool (mid june), there is a parking spot, restaurants and beaches are just 10 minutes away. Very interesting neighborhood, as there is a closed golf club and closed resort in it, so very few people were around, very peaceful (as of summer 2025). We can 100%recommend!

This was the first time I had used Airbnb and I was nervous in case something went wrong, particularly since our children and grandchildren were with us. The house is amazing, beautiful outdoor area with plenty space for the children to play including swings and pool. The outdoor cooking area is lovely and the outdoor table seated 12! Suzana was a wonderful host, she was so helpful and always responded quickly when we messaged her. We will definitely return!

Beautiful villa in the middle of the trees with a large swimming pool. Very quiet place. The living room is superb, the bedrooms are very good too. Just missing in the kitchen: larger and newer refrigerators and a coffee bean maker would be great. Otherwise, nothing to repeat. Go there with your eyes closed. We felt right at home at Mireia’s place, beautiful location just a few minutes walk down to the nearest beach and on the walking trail. Cosy little flat with everything you may need. Mireia was also very flexible with our need to check in and out and different times, thank you again!

The house is located in a quiet setting, close to a supermarket and a few minutes from the beach. The house is ideal for four people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the common areas are very cozy. The highlight is undoubtedly the terrace with a pool that, although not huge, is more than enough to take a dip. In addition, the pool has a very relaxing jacuzzi area. There's a barbecue. We have rented many houses in Riumar because it is an area that we like, and this house is a gem of peace and relaxation. Good communication with hosts.

My wife and I needed a quiet place, in the middle of nature but inside a small hamlet, and Gabriel's cabin brought together the features we were looking for. In addition, many walks could be taken from right there, no need to take the car. We had a really nice few days!

Casa Eivissa is definitely the most beautiful cottage in Riumar! Lovingly and stylishly furnished, everything is tiptop clean and well maintained. We loved the roof terrace and the beautiful view. Our daughter really liked the pool - the air and water temperatures in April were still too fresh for us. Riumar itself is quiet in the low season, which we found ideal for us. There was also little tourism on the beach and at the Ebrom estuary, so we could watch many flamingos and other birds. A trip to Tortosa is highly recommended. The small supermarket right across the street is also convenient. So we had fresh baguette and croissants every morning. The contact with Lluisa is pleasant and it is very accessible. In short: Perfect ❤️

All phenomenal. The house has everything we need. Full kitchen, great table, huge room, huge bathroom, with lots of closets, nice decor and offers a garage. It is close to La Senia which has all the amenities. And close to the Benifassà Tinença, ideal for excursions. Instead, it's in a village with no chances of doing something nearby. There is truck traffic that woke us up very early. Phenomenal hosts. We were offered a lot of flexibility in getting in and out and we are very grateful.

We really enjoyed staying with a dog. We spent 14 days in the house and had a very relaxing and lovely stay. On Mondays someone came and cleaned the pool. The communication was very friendly. The restaurants on site were delicious and inexpensive and both the dog beach and the normal beach were within walking distance and not crowded (early June) Overall, consistently satisfied!

We loved our stay at Laura's place. The location is unbeatable, right in front of the sea, in a quiet area perfect for disconnecting. The house was impeccable: everything was very clean, tidy and with all the details taken care of. We were a group of 6 friends and we were very comfortable. Communication with Laura was excellent from the first moment, very friendly and attentive to everything. Check-in and check-out were very easy thanks to the key system with a lockbox. A 10-star experience! We would definitely repeat.

The house is very quiet and has a lot of privacy, ideal for resting and enjoying nature. I loved waking up to the sounds of the countryside and seeing the goats nearby, it was a very special experience. It is true that I had not realized that the pool of the house was not enabled at this time of year, but Eduard was very kind and offered us the possibility of enjoying another house with a pool and barbecue area on Sunday, which we greatly appreciated. Eduard's family was very helpful at all times. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I appreciate the willingness to resolve the pool issue.

A formidable place if you are looking to rest and connect with nature! The space is very nice, very comfortable and beautiful! The great porch to enjoy the breakfasts and dinners in the summer and the pool is a plus in all this beautiful space! It breathes peace of mind! Our stay was 10 and the attention received by Marc, from the very first moment, spotless and close! We enjoyed it very much!

We were very pleased, there were 6 of us. The terrace is wonderful with the sea in front. The beach that is right at the house has many rocks at the entrance, so I recommend wearing scorpion shoes. A 5-minute walk away you have another very accessible beach and 10 minutes away another in L'Ampolla with sand. Very few people in the area of the house, very peaceful. And you have a path entrance. The house has everything and the instructions were very clear. Annie quickly answers all your questions and when she was not in contact, she left someone else who was very attentive to what we needed.

They were very helpful and kind, both the person who took care of the messages and who took care of us in person.
