We have two bedrooms with king double beds and one bedroom with one double and two single beds, one bathroom and two toilets.

Apartment with contemporary decor in a new building. Great option for those who want to be near the coast in the season spending little. Excellent location to chat and return to the day in the best places in the region. Near the beaches and the center of Blumenau (20 minutes). Close to Gaspar's famous waterfalls and water parks. It is 50 min from the Santa Catarina coast, 55 minutes from Balneário Camboriú and 50 min from Beto Carrero. The condominium has a swimming pool.

We are very fond of Eliane, she is a caring person and also took good care of the whole house cleaning. The place is wonderful.

Beautiful and cozy environment, completely faithful to the ads. Wonderful and humanized service, they treated us with great affection and love. Chalé met all our needs. Without counting the amazing and admirable view.
