The apartment is very cozy, everything is clean, well equipped, exactly as in the photos and has an excellent location. It is close to the beaches and restaurants. The pool is impeccably clean and has a stunning view. The Sapetinga coastline has the most beautiful sunset in Ilhéus. It's well worth it! I highly recommend it and intend to return more often. Vinícius was very attentive and responded to us quickly. Thank you so so much!

Great hosting experience. The apartment is very nice, equipped with good furniture in every room. It is all air-conditioned, thus ensuring great thermal comfort throughout its interior. The kitchen is complete, and it has a wide variety of utensils and appliances in great condition. The condominium is excellent, with an amazing swimming pool, playground, gourmet space, and a beautiful green area promoting direct contact with nature. Selma, the always-available and proactive host, answered all questions almost in real time. I recommend the space, and I hope to return on another occasion.

Good night! I loved the apartment, very cozy and organized, with great comfort and convenience, very attentive and agile gatehouse personnel, we had control of the gate and we had no difficulties to enter and leave the condominium. On arrival we had to register the facial recognition to release the door of the building but it was very quiet and fast. I would definitely come back other times, we don't even have a complaint.

The hosts are very kind and communicative, the accommodation matches the photos and is well equipped. The only inconvenience was related to the entrance to the garage because the app did not open this gate and every time I needed to leave I had to ask the hosts for support because I was waiting minutes for a doorman to open, however, they promptly responded and helped me with everything I needed.

Ana Cristina delivers much more than we contracted. From the beginning, he gave us all the information clearly and with care, but he went further: he left his place of work to receive us in person, greeted us with a smile and made a point of saying that if we needed anything, just send a message. All messages were answered with care and promptness. She was even willing to meet us just to deliver a material we had requested — with the utmost kindness. Throughout the stay, we felt genuine care from her. And, for me, it was clear that what she does is out of a love of service, and not just for money. This made all the difference in our experience. A rare hostess who really welcomes you.

I rented the house to my employees and they loved it. The house has EVERYTHING, very organized and clean. You need to bring EVERYTHING you intend to use because the house is far from shops, it is in fact for you to rest. So, as a caveat, take everything you need and just enjoy the environment. My employees LOVE it. A very positive point is: the hosts and especially his daughter Jennifer who received the boys are WONDERFUL and helped me in an almost impossible mission, she was empathetic and spared no effort for us. We love the stay, the house has a wonderful access to the beach, with a paradise view. The beach is very clean and wonderful for bathing. The house is spacious and meets the listing description accurately.

The house next to the sea is wonderful. You can hear the sound of the waves from the room! The balcony is huge, sitting all the time watching the sea and the waves breaking! We had barbecues on the top floor! Haroldo is a blessing in the house! His assistance is first class! He is attentive with everything! The house worked perfectly, the pool is beautiful! We can say that we will return without a doubt!

Fully equipped house, but what really delighted me, besides the view being stunning, was the house with all rustic architecture with a French touch that enchants. Any time the view is perfect on one side the Sea on the other the lake..

very beautiful place! condominium surrounded by two beaches and has a third small one that is private to guests. It also has three swimming pools and, if you wish, you can book a separate barbecue area. Great for family!!! We loved it!!!

Raquel is a great host, responds quickly, clearly and sympathetically. The apartment is on Praia do Sul, a quiet place, but I recommend Praia dos Milionários in terms of infrastructure. Apartment identical to the photos, spacious, with kitchen items, linens and towels. The bedroom air conditioning cools the entire apartment. Super recommend the accommodation.

Awesome My family and I spent incredible days at Dalva's chalet and apartment. Daria 1,000,000 stars. The apartment is great, literally on the sand, with a sea view, everything in perfect condition, nothing is missing, it has all the kitchen utensils, bed linens, bath and beach towels, games for those who like them. I felt like I was at home. I wish I could have stayed there for about 8 more days 😂
