We are available for any questions or suggestions, and we strive to make your stay wonderful. Some important information: Unique Experience: Our house is situated on a quiet beach, perfect for an immersion in nature. Enjoy the tranquility and direct contact with the sea, just a few steps from your door. Additionally, the famous Lopes Mendes beach, considered one of the most beautiful in the world, is only 20 minutes away. Energy and Electricity Use: The house runs on solar energy and has a generator for exceptional cases. To ensure a sustainable experience, we ask that you use electricity only when necessary. We do not have electrical appliances and kindly ask that you do not bring hair straighteners or hair dryers. How to Get Here?: We offer private transportation available for hire from Angra dos Reis, Conceição de Jacareí, and Vila de Abraão. If you wish to hire, please inquire about the rates from each departure point. You can also arrive by schooner or taxiboat from Vila de Abraão. Schedules: Our check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out must be done before 12 PM. Cancellation Policy: Up to 14 days before your stay, cancellation is free. Within the next 14 days, 50% of the reservation value will be charged. Cancellation 24 hours before your arrival will result in the full payment of the reservation. Accommodations: The house is equipped to accommodate up to 5 guests and includes basic kitchen supplies: oil, salt, sugar, coffee, 5 liters of mineral water. Additionally, we offer utensils, a refrigerator, and a stove. In the Neighborhood: In the surroundings of the house, there are two restaurants, one of them being a floating restaurant open from 11 AM to 5 PM (Marola Restaurant). When you visit, you will be entitled to a welcome drink! The nearest market is in Vila de Abraão, with options also available in Angra and Conceição. Pets: We accept pets! Comfortable house with swimming pool, lawn and barbecue area. Best place to go with family and friends. It has an emergency power generator (it is common for the island to experience power outages). It has 6 bedrooms (all with air-conditioning), a refrigerator, beer maker, stove, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine (bring your capsules) and utensils in general. The house also has a 65-inch TV in the living room and a 50-inch TV in the upstairs en-suite. Broadband internet with Wi-Fi. The house is 300 meters from the center.

A very spacious room, surrounded by windows and glass doors, resulting in a well-lit, airy environment with a beautiful ocean view, the house includes an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi. The back rooms overlook Biscaia Beach, as does the barbecue area. There are 3 en-suites and 2 shared bathrooms. Equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all rooms. On the balcony, next to the house, there is a view of the sea in front and behind.

A casa tem sala ampla, cozinha americana e 1 banheiro completo no nível inferior, e 2 suítes com vista deslumbrante para o mar no nível superior. Um delicioso gramado com churrasqueira e fogão a lenha. Possui poita para embarcações e pier (compartilhados com a casa ao lado e usados apenas quando necessário). A casa está equipada com utensílios de cozinha, roupa de cama e banho.

In the bedroom there are: a double bed and a single bed; a rack for hanging clothes, air conditioning, fan, 32-inch LED TV with basic Sky, Netflix, YouTube and other apps. The suite has an equipped kitchen and a small balcony with a hammock, dining table and sink.

Aldeia is a small condominium situated 9 min. walk from the beach, on Vila do Abraão's upper part, next to the forest, in a quiet place where you sleep to the sound of crickets! There are 5 cottages that divide a large garden with trees, a refreshing shower and mountain view. The 100MB optic fiber internet connection is stable, which allows virtual meetings and remote work.
