This apartment truly exceeded our expectations. Airy, bright, and impeccably furnished. The view of Ipanema beach is breathtaking. We felt completely safe at all hours, and the location couldn’t be better: steps from the beach, close to everything we needed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the internet was fast and reliable for work. Mario was an outstanding host — responsive, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about hospitality.

The studio is very nice. It meets all the needs of those who stay, it has everything we need. Wonderful location, we didn't use a car to get where we wanted to go. The Host is very considerate and polite. I will always recommend it and we will definitely come back more often.❤️

From start to finish, it was impeccable! We arrived at the apartment with peace of mind, very close to the subway and several restaurants (Burger King, Habibs, Ragazzo). Everything in the apartment is very clean and fragrant, with the utmost care as well. The kitchen we use a lot has everything you might need, but if you're going to use spices, I recommend bringing your own. Spacious bathroom with conditioner and liquid soap. Very friendly and clean building/condominium area, with several spaces to use. Ane is always attentive and answers questions with kindness and courtesy. I highly recommend it as an apartment to spend the night/weekend or for those who want to visit some points of Rio, easy access to everything!

We loved our stay. The host has a cafe/ shop opposite which is great for a quick meal or a pint of milk! He also owns a space about the airbnb where he occasionally hosts music / samba / jazz bands play live music which you can watch for free. An absolute highlight from our trip in Rio! Would highly recommend!

I loved the apartment, super cozy, ventilated. Bruna was super attentive and kind from the beginning of the reservation, whenever I needed to ask any questions, she promptly answered us. We loved Leon's loft! Super comfortable, a great location and easy to access. We felt super safe at all times, close to the place there is a place to have lunch, to buy some basic things and everyone is very nice! As it is in a higher place, we chose to always go up by motorcycle taxi, which was quiet and fast. We had an unforeseen event with the shower and Leon, and André, who is co-host, were super helpful and helped us with everything. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

Very stylish beachfront loft with beautiful views of Barra Beach. The loft has everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Conveniently located near Beach Bars and a quick 5min walk to Avenida Olegário Maciel loaded with restaurants, bars, a gym, and supermarkets. The front desk is very helpful during your stay. If you are looking for a less touristy spot near Rio with less hustle & bustle than Copacabana, this is the spot at a great rate.

Carolina is a good business woman, but you are a great human being. She did everything to make sure that my stay was memorable. I will love to stay at her place again sometime soon.

Very nice apartment! Comfortable, facing the sea! Maria was very kind, she kept our bags on the last day and left us a bathroom until 5 pm free for us, to be able to bathe before taking the night flight! He welcomes you with gifts and mineral water!! Impeccable, thank you for everything!

The apartment is amazing, better than the photos. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it in this place because of the comfort and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to a large number of pots and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and sea in all rooms. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, cordial and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend it.

The apartment is perfectly located, right in front of the sea, with stunning views of the beach. Waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and enjoying the view from the living room was a real privilege. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. The jacuzzi was a nice plus and the security of the building reassured us. The host was very responsive and attentive throughout the stay. We'll be back without hesitating.
