I rented it for 3 nights and regretted not taking 5 nights! The accommodation is simple and was clean, the location is excellent, pharmacy next door, market, wine cellar, gym… all this on the side. Close to the beach, which by the way is beautiful, a true paradise. I'll definitely be back to stay longer.

Our stay was very quiet. Even though it was our first time in the area, we were able to enjoy several tours and the structure of the accommodation was perfect. The small (and only) caveat was that on the last night there was a person doing a job during the night right next to our apartment and that took away some of our peace of mind. But it was something external and it didn't interfere with our satisfaction. I recommend it!

The apartment is extremely cozy. The location is great, allowing you to access the best places on foot or by bike, available for rental at the condominium door. The view is really impactful. I'll be back soon.

Great accommodation, structure identical to the photos, great location because it was relatively close to all the sights but far from the crowds, which meant that the Uber cost a maximum of 10 reais to the sights and we had the tranquility of a quiet neighborhood! Okay. Let's go. I already knew the condominium and I really like the organization, peace, tranquility and silence of the place. The pool is always nice and clean. Cézar's apartment is super functional, clean and much, much better than the listing photos. It has air-conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, kitchen utensils, Wi-Fi, iron, clothesline etc… Good beds, good shower. The beautiful beach is 2 minutes from the flat, just across the street …. At night you need a car to go to the Guaimbim boardwalk on the waterfront, because it takes a while on foot… I was super well received by Iza (the girl responsible for receiving and guiding guests), as well as Mr. Jair (resident of the neighboring flat).. super attentive and helpful… Cézar is super polite and helpful, always accessible to all needs… Thank you very much Cézar, for all the affection and care for my family. I suggest making a loyalty card for me now, as I will definitely return at every possible opportunity ♥️

Overall, it was a sensational stay at Paulo's. Julie was the one who received us and gave us several tips, in addition to being available to help us when necessary. What stands out the most is the view from the accommodation, which is really beautiful. To get to the place, it really takes a good walk with a lot of stairs and steep slopes, but it is worth it for the landscape and tranquility. I will definitely return more often and recommend it to others.

Cleo's stay at it was good! The place is ideal to rest and beautiful. Cleo is a super friendly and very fun person, who from the time we got there until we left was on order to make it easier and help us with everything we need. It is ideal for couples or families looking for tranquility. It is 30 minutes from Morro, where you can walk or drive and where there is greater movement for young people and many places to go to eat and listen to good music. I highly recommend it and hope to be back again soon!!

My experience was amazing! The accommodation is simply perfect: super cozy, clean and well-equipped. The hostess was exceptional, always very attentive and ready to help with any question or need. The location is a little far from the center, but this becomes just a detail because the view from the site fully compensates for the physical effort, it is well worth the experience. Without a doubt I would return and recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quiet and cozy stay.
