The place is beautiful! It fulfills what is advertised, it is cozy, direct access to the sea, the children had a lot of fun in the pool and fishing in the sea. The house is safe, with easy access to the center and local shops. Access to Praia do Saco in a few minutes on foot. Super recommended, you can take wonderful photos onsite ❤️

We had a fantastic stay in Ilha Grande. The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. It’s close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants, yet still feels peaceful and surrounded by nature. The host was super friendly and helpful. Waking up to the sounds of the island and relaxing in the evening was pure magic. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our stay was wonderful! The loft was spotless, with everything we needed and an amazing view. We loved it! Maycon is always very kind and polite. We will certainly be back.

I and my family, we had an excellent weekend at Mr. Ricardo's house and his wife ,Mrs. Maria. We were greeted with a fruit basket and a welcome card. The house besides beautiful and cozy, was extremely clean . And when the accommodations and features, they correspond exactly to the listing description. Not forgetting to mention that the property is glued to the beach and the place is wonderful, with a clean and beautiful beach. When we had any questions ,Mr. Ricardo always answered us with education ,kindness and speed . We are very pleased and we will definitely come back more often. Note 10

I loved spending the weekend in this wonderful house, the view is really stunning. The house is complete and perfectly met all my needs. Cons: The shower in the suite and bedroom on the 2nd floor had heating problems, we had to take a cold shower.

The house was totally clean, everything matched the photos. Beautiful condominium, good location, with practically private beach. Raquel helped us with everything, she was a great help. When we got back from the beach, the house was spotless and the food was ready! The rooms had comfortable and very practical accommodation, as shown in the photos. We'll be back for sure!

Good place to stay for a couple of nights if near Rio!

Apartment as described, met our needs very well. Very beautiful condominium, but the beach requires attention, as it is dangerous. We took a boat trip from the marina of the condominium itself, it was great. Suggestion: bring mosquito repellent (electric and body), the screens on the windows and doors do not hold the ninjas. Among the many apartments available for rent in the condominium, I chose this one because of the compliments to the host, I did not regret it, Washington is amazing, a friendly person.

There were 7 of us, 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. The children played and enjoyed that beautiful park. The house was very comfortable, the pool being fenced gave us peace of mind. The rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the bathrooms were fine. I would go back and I will recommend it to my friends and family. Perfect trip for a family Carnival! The house is sensational, even much better than the photos can show! From the reservation to our exit, everything was very well organized with Silvio and Marcia, which still have a cleaning and kitchen staff note 1000. In addition to finding everything very organized and clean, all the rooms of the house are very well equipped, the beds with the bedding and towel of high quality! All in great taste! Leandro was a great host! He's a sweetheart, the house is beautiful with a river that flows through the property. We didn't even want to leave the house, so much so that we stayed 2 days longer than planned. Leandro gave us very nice tips on what to do and where to eat and responded very quickly to all our messages. The house was very private, spacious and cozy. In the middle of the Atlantic forest, we thought it was a great combination to stay in the forest and when we wanted, go to the beach. Many birds and hammocks for reading a book. Miau (cat) and Maui (dog) were very nice and cute. I'll stay again when I go to the big island and I highly recommend it!

Good place to stay and is close to everything.

Bianca was super helpful and responded quickly and kindly. I was with my family, with a child and a dog, and we needed to find a place quickly due to a problem with another rental, and in the end it was the best choice. The house is well equipped, and the sofa especially is so wonderful that it makes you not want to leave lol

Laura's place is exactly as pictured. There are three rooms each with 4 beds and a private bathroom. The rooms are connected by the external portico from which you can also access the large kitchen and living room. Beautiful outdoor spaces where you can eat and cook on the grill. The garden of the house ends exactly on the sand a few meters from the sea. Next to the house is a restaurant/bar with plenty of food choices. Laura helped us with boat and car transportation to get to the house from Rio de Janeiro. He also provided us with a lady to clean and cook. Recommended accommodation for the location, the house and the host (super helpful and very kind, as well as her family). Only negative note: on the beach, like every beach in Ilha Grande, many small boats/yachts dock during the day so the sea is not very usable during the busiest hours. In the evening, however, you are among the few to inhabit the beach. Super positive experience!

There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular!!!! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!
