The place is beautiful! It fulfills what is advertised, it is cozy, direct access to the sea, the children had a lot of fun in the pool and fishing in the sea. The house is safe, with easy access to the center and local shops. Access to Praia do Saco in a few minutes on foot. Super recommended, you can take wonderful photos onsite ❤️

Our stay was wonderful! The loft was spotless, with everything we needed and an amazing view. We loved it! Maycon is always very kind and polite. We will certainly be back.

I loved spending the weekend in this wonderful house, the view is really stunning. The house is complete and perfectly met all my needs. Cons: The shower in the suite and bedroom on the 2nd floor had heating problems, we had to take a cold shower.

Everything was perfect, with nothing to complain about. I took my parents who fell in love and already want to go back. I highly recommend it

Good place to stay for a couple of nights if near Rio!

Adriana and her husband were kind and helpful to my family, upon arrival we were treated to snacks, beer and soda. The condominium is very quiet and 10 minutes from the beach on foot along the train line, but my family and I found it a little dangerous there, but for those who are not afraid it is the best way. The stay was good, clean house and good structure for 4 people and despite the incident with the shower, which burst and hurt my father-in-law, we really liked it.

I took a family trip with mom, sisters, nieces, grandma, and it was wonderful! There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular!!!! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

Apartment as described, met our needs very well. Very beautiful condominium, but the beach requires attention, as it is dangerous. We took a boat trip from the marina of the condominium itself, it was great. Suggestion: bring mosquito repellent (electric and body), the screens on the windows and doors do not hold the ninjas. Among the many apartments available for rent in the condominium, I chose this one because of the compliments to the host, I did not regret it, Washington is amazing, a friendly person.

There were 7 of us, 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. The children played and enjoyed that beautiful park. The house was very comfortable, the pool being fenced gave us peace of mind. The rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the bathrooms were fine. I would go back and I will recommend it to my friends and family. I want to leave here my happiness in having stayed three beautiful days at Arthur's Aconchego (home of Priscila), and to say that it was difficult to leave, Jaguanum is simply wonderful and Priscilla's house is very well located, it has everything we need and most importantly, there is the Bar da Dona Conceição where I advise to eat the shrimp pastel. About Priscila, what I have to say is that you always answered promptly, being for tips or answering some questions. Over the house, it is foot in the sand, that is, you open the door and you are on the beach, we sleep with the noise of the sea. The house has everything we need.... I stayed 3 nights at Ju's house and just loved it! Ju and her family are great hosts, very attentive and helpful. The house is in an easily accessible location and with plenty of security, the house is quite airy and with great infrastructure, everything was clean and there were utensils and appliances available for use. Super recommended

Bianca was super helpful and responded quickly and kindly. I was with my family, with a child and a dog, and we needed to find a place quickly due to a problem with another rental, and in the end it was the best choice. The house is well equipped, and the sofa especially is so wonderful that it makes you not want to leave lol

The house is extremely cozy! We spent an amazing weekend with friends, and it was great to disconnect from the routine. We took advantage of every corner. The house is super well-equipped, with various utensils, linens, internet and even games! The decor is beautiful and cosy. Despite being located on the island, access was very easy. Ronaldo gave us great tips, which we followed and loved! The check-in and check-out were super flexible, which made it very easy. I recommend it too much and would definitely come back!

We loved the space. The apartment was extremely clean and organized. Clean condominium, easy to access and great location. We feel safe, it has cameras. It's right on the sand, and there are kiosks next to the building. The kitchen is fully equipped. We feel at home and are already planning to come back. For those who want to bring a pet like me, do so with peace of mind. Just be aware of leaving the environment as clean as you find it. João was proactive from the moment I sent the first message, even before I booked. Afterwards, he immediately called me on my cell phone and sent me all the necessary information.
