Roberta's listing was everything and more. You are in a safe area with security holding down the front 24/7. The place is spacious and can accommodate your party comfortably. We had help keep our place tidy, which was wonderful considering we were all on vacation. Roberta was communicative and efficient with responding - sharing her local recommendations and truly made it feel like we had a friend in Rio. Views from every room, it was difficult to decide which one to select (considering I was the birthday celebrant!) I'm the type of traveler who likes being away from the city and enjoying more local areas. It is close to the city, however, be cautious that traffic will make getting to city attractions a bit much longer (but it is worth it)! All in all, the place is affordable and definitely worth it!

A secluded safe condominium haven close drive to the beach and all necessities. A stunning garden and tasteful, impeccably up-kept house with best linen I’ve experienced in airbnb. Pool and luscious garden setting was a bliss. Lucia was an amazing host, I am very happy to have spent a week there! Absolutely recommend.

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! We were a group, and from the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The house is beautiful spacious, well-equipped, and super comfortable perfect for groups looking to relax and enjoy their stay in comfort. Marcia and Andréia were both amazing throughout our time there. Always available, kind, and attentive, they made sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt at home. Très belle maison, extrêmement bien équipée dans un super emplacement en zone agréable et sécurisée. Les employés de maison sont sympas et facilement accessibles. (Merci à Jo pour l’anti-moustiques, sans lequel le séjour ne serait juste pas possible…)

Très belle place Proche de tout a pied comme restaurant, épicerie et plage à proximité. Ce secteur est sécuritaire également. Un très beau centre d achat juste à côté et la vue de l appartement est magnifique

Location, Location, Location...this place was perfectly situated on Ipanema Beach! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The host was very welcoming and accommodative. We wouldn't hesitate staying here if we are ever in Rio again.

Un soggiorno meraviglioso, questo piccolo studio con vista magnifica di fronte al letto è veramente perfetto. Disponibile in Area protetta da sicurezza e soprattutto due meravigliosi proprietari di casa che preparano una magnifica e abbondante colazione e sono veramente persone speciali con cui conversare amabilmente di tutti gli argomenti. Lo consiglio vivamente.

O apartamento é exatamente como na descrição, além de estar super limpo, organizado e com todos os utensílios básicos para a estadia (roupa de capa, de banho, utensílios de cozinha, etc - todos de boa qualidade e limpos). Adriana foi super solícita durante todo o tempo, respondendo às nossas dúvidas e sendo flexível no nosso check-out. Tivemos um pequeno problema com um vazamento (coisa normal, e que não afetou em nada nossa experiência positiva) e ela nos ajudou com prontidão. Recomendo muito o apartamento e a host, e espero poder voltar outras vezes.

Foi um estadia excelente, de frente para a praia e vista linda, o local estava bem limpo e tudo organizado, o atendimento do local é ótimo, o local tem tudo, restaurante, academia, saunas… Apenas a piscina aquecida que nao estava quente, fora isso perfeito demais! O proprietário explica tudo direitinho e responde rápido! Muito simpático, com certeza voltaria.

Bueno, ya lo califiqué anteriormente hace pocos días respecto de otra reserva. Ratifico lo dicho. Agrego que André siempre tuvo la mejor disposición para resolver todas mis inquietudes, desde lo más simple hasta lo más complejo, como puede ser una cuestión de salud. Excelente anfitrión. Respecto del apto es todo lo que está bien, hermoso y con una vista increíble. Además de contar con todos los servicios del hotel que son muy buenos también. Seguro, volveré.

La estadía resultó muy placentera. El personal d barramares excelente y la comunicación y presencia d Maxcinny excelente. Muy contento con todo lo ofrecido y las comodidades del edificio y los servicios.

A casa é linda, tudo muito limpo e organizado. A cozinha tem os utensílios necessários. Fomos recepcionados com um vinho de presente pra gente o que demonstra todo o capricho que a Luíza tem. Apenas um ponto de observação para quem vai levar seu pet, a casa não tem muro, o meu cachorro quis fugir algumas vezes para explorar a rua. Então acho que poderiam colocar um cercado com um pequeno portão, ou algo do tipo… para a segurança maior dos pets. Mas fora isso foi tudo perfeito.

The flat was extremely clean and the location was amazing, was close to the beach (4 min walk), close to a small enclosed centre with all the essential shops and Guilherme was really helpful when it came to information and safety, would recommend this place! 😁

Foi uma ótima estadia! O espaço é idêntico ao anúncio, as instruções para check-in foram bem detalhadas e muito fácil o acesso ao local. Bem limpo e atendeu bem nós como casal. O local também é bem tranquilo, o prédio é bem silencioso e a portaria bem gentil. Não tivemos nenhum problema que foi necessário o suporte da Fabiana mas ela esteve de prontidão e sempre respondeu rapidamente. Em resumo, tudo perfeito! Bairro muito tranquilo, prédio em frente à praia e bem localizado.

My wife and I stayed for 3 weeks. Great neighborhood. Friendly people that worked in the building. Also met some nice neighbors. Very updated interior or apartment. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Eno was easy to communicate with. Obrigado!

Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans l'appartement d'Olivier, et que dire à part que nous n'aurions pas pu rêver mieux. Olivier est d'une sympathie inégalable, très réactif et prévoyant. L'appartement est parfaitement situé, avec une super boulangerie juste en bas, et surtout à proximité de la plage de Copacabana (environ 5 min à pied). Le quartier possède beaucoup de commerces, vous ne manquerez de rien. L'appartement en lui-même est magnifiquement bien décoré, et chaque décoration nous raconte une histoire. L'appartement était très propre et tout est déjà fourni (serviettes, gel douche, shampooing, fer à repasser. bonus : climatisation ). Dernier point : la vue est à couper le souffle. Les maisons en face s'éclairent à la tombée de la nuit, et on a également un aperçu sur la mer. Nous sommes tristes d'être rentrées, mais très contentes d'avoir vécu cette magnifique expérience.Nous étions toutes d’accord pour dire qu’il est impossible de trouver un meilleur Airbnb. N’hésitez pas une seconde !

Beautiful apartment & very convenient location! close to many attractions. Host was very responsive and attentive. Bruno was very helpful getting me to my apartment. The front desk concierge were all great with getting me all checked in! Will definitely keep on my list of places to return to!
