Paolo's house is great. I liked that I could safely park the car at the house. Everything was perfect and the bed upstairs had nice mattress and both bathroom downstairs and upstairs were very tidy. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly and always wifi connection. The terrace behind the house was wonderful for breakfast. But 7 minutes drive away from the old town of Paraty. I'd love to come back with family next year. Paolo is very helpful and has a sailboat herself and knows people in the area. Thank you Paolo for the lovely stay.

The house is beautiful, well-equipped and very cozy. Every detail of the space was carefully thought out and provided us with a very pleasant experience. The house is in the historic center and the location is very good for walking and going to the best restaurants in the city. We were well received by Stella, who was kind and gave us several tips. Without a doubt, my best experience in Paraty. I highly recommend the stay!

Janaina is a great host. Very attentive and polite, the check-in was very smooth and exactly at the time we had agreed! The apartment is exactly like the photos in the listing, beautiful, cozy, clean and in a great location. Close to the historic center and Pontal beach (within walking distance)...

Everything was great , the room was spotless and very tastefully decorated, really comfortable bed, lovely bedlinen and soft towels , fab location , right by the sea but also just a short walk to the centre. Tui and Marcus were really helpful with tips for restaurants and places to visit , very quick to respond to messages . Paraty is a charming town with cobblestone streets , artisan boutiques and lots of bars and restaurants . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .
