Quiet and well-located house, parallel to Av SP, Balneário Adriana. We are 800 meters from the beach, a 12-minute walk and 4-minute drive. The house has 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, a good space for up to 5 people. A parking space inside and also on the street in front of the house, it is very quiet. The house is in a yard with two other houses, but with a private yard/balcony, with a table/chair and also a hammock for a good chat. We have the beds already made, we don't have bath towels.
