Monthly Rentals in Île Saint-Louis

My stay at Cecile’s place was wonderful! The location of the apartment is amazing - close to so many shops and restaurants in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris! The apartment was exactly like the pictures. It’s small but so perfectly designed and laid out. There’s lots of storage for your belongings, so clean, and I felt very safe! Cecile was always very responsive and nice, answered any questions and provided so much information about the neighborhood. I’ve been to Paris many times and this has been my favorite place to stay. I can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Neal is the perfect host, and I really enjoyed my 2-week stay in his apartment! Neal is attentive, quickly responds to messages, and I appreciated his meeting me at the apartment for check-in to help with bags and to show me how everything works. He also checked in with me during my stay, and it is obvious he cares about his guests. The location of the apartment is ideal. You can't get more central in Paris than Île Saint-Louis, and there are many great cafés, restaurants, and places to shop nearby. This was my 8th trip to Paris, and the view was by far the best I've ever had. While the apartment is small (common for Paris), I did not pack lightly and still had room to store all of my belongings. The space in the apartment is maximized to have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed and sofa were both very comfortable, there were plenty of outlets, and the kitchen has a good selection of pots and pans, utensils, etc. I can't wait to stay here again. Thank you, Neal!

Oliver was a very gracious and very response host. He was very much focused on making our stay very pleasant. The location is excellent; right in the center of Paris with great restaurants and easy walking to many wonderful sites while in a pleasantly quiet location. Apartment was as expected with appropriate amenities.

This apartment is a bit quirky with a bit of a steep stairs up to the bedroom and a low ceiling in part of the bathroom but the apartment is such a cozy, comfortable place to be. The location is amazing - if you’ve never stayed at Île St Louis, you must stay here! Dante met us at the apartment, walked us through all of the features and took the time to tell us where the best places to- including restaurants- were on the island. Next time we’re in Paris, we will definitely stay here again!!
