Monthly Rentals in île Lacroix

We had a great stay in Rachel and Pierre's apartment with private parking. The apartment was located on an island in the Seine from where you could walk within 10 to 15 minutes to the beautiful center with an extensive choice of shops and restaurants and cafes. From Rouen we made a trip almost every day such as to Giverny (house and garden and ponds of Claude Monet), Vernon, Caen, Honfleur, Etretat and every evening Rouen. In short, we enjoyed our stay.

I had an excellent experience with Thibaud! The stay exceeded my expectations in every way. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Thibaud was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly book again in the future.

Géraldine's place is exactly as pictured - and the experience of staying in the apartment goes above and beyond what I expected! The apartment was squeaky clean when I arrived and filled with thoughtful amenities, like extra coffee pods and laundry soap. It was easy to find and Géraldine provided excellent instructions. I really enjoyed the view of the cathedral and watching the square during different times of the day. The fridge even has a list of recommendations (Hokati was delicious). If I find myself in Rouen in the future, I'll be sure to stay here again. I was sad to leave this morning.

Apartment in a very good location in a very quiet residence, the +, the private parking space at the foot of the residence, very good wifi connection, however some points need to be improved, others to be resolved to obtain a maximum rating, see below: Sewer smell in the bathroom, it's unpleasant! Kitchen side: Oven to be cleaned thoroughly Dishwasher >>> lower basket rusted >>> to be changed, only 2 doses of detergent available for a 4-night stay > not enough! Kitchen utensils: aging pots and pans >>>> to be changed, only one salad bowl!! Need more glasses and teaspoons, no cleaning kit, only one sponge with only a small amount of dishwashing liquid! If you're looking to cook, you'll need to bring your own oil and vinegar. Bathroom: combined amount of shampoo/shower gel too low for 5 days for 3 people!! (listed as 25 cl/pers/stay) 3 coffee pods for 3 people for 5 days!
