The neighbourhood is very peaceful, especially the property. Separate entrance on the side of the house as well as private parking. Access to a private portion of the yard, not including pool or hot tub. It's was a great stay. Everything is clean, and the personal space was large enough. The place is pretty safe and peaceful. Myriam is always happy to help and make sure everything is good. Overall, this place is definitely worth it!

Rachelle was very friendly and her place was well set up and organized. her place was also very clean!

Waterfront retreat in Laval.

We enjoyed staying at Gilles and Gracia’s little house. It was clean and met most of our expectations. The pier wasn’t out because the river was still too high. It is definitely a cozy little house that at times lacks some space or hooks or information because it is new. Gilles was very responsive and willing to answer questions. We would definitely consider returning if our other favorite spot isn’t available. We were super thankful to have found this little treasure on a last minute basis.

The home was clean and very comfortable. Nicely decorated. A bright bungalow. Kitchen was a perfect size, eating area and living room were all very good. Beds were comfortable with plenty of closet space. The bathroom has lots of drawers, good size countertops but around the bathtub needs some refreshing - bit of mold around the tub and a few cracked tiles. It was a great place to stay, we enjoyed it and will definitely stay again!

Best Airbnb experience ever! Highly recommend and will be my niche whenever I go to Montreal. My family was extremely satisfied. We got so many extra stuffs for free. Apartment was fully equipped. We were treated very well. Kids had lot of toys to play with. Communication was excellent. Always checking on us 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

My stay was very nice. Beautiful touches on arrival, the accommodation is clean and very convenient, Petra was available when I needed her advice. I recommend it!
