JR大入駅から徒歩４分にある海辺の昭和家屋をフルリノベーション、所々に和の雰囲気を残したスタイリッシュな一棟貸しヴィラとして2024年9月に生まれ変わりました。大入の半島状の地形の中にあり、山と海に囲まれ、風通しが良く霜もおりません。糸島の中でも夏は過ごしやすく冬は温暖なエリアです。静かな環境で、波の音に癒やされます。徒歩30秒のビーチは糸島の中でも透明度が高く、内海ですので波は立ちにくく静かです。夏期の海水浴はもちろん、それ以外の季節でも朝のお散歩や夜に星をみたりなど糸島の自然をお楽しみいただけます。西側にも徒歩圏にビーチがあり、朝日と夕日をお楽しみいただけます。昔ながらの景観が残っている地域ですが、徒歩圏内に飲食店があり、車であれば５分圏内にコンビニ、スーパー、直売所、６分圏内に温浴施設が複数あります。糸島の人気スポットのアクセスはもちろん、唐津も近いので、唐津を楽しむのにも便利な立地です。
