Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

A great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable night in the busy city. Conveniently located, very clean, cosy and comfortable. Angel and Christine are lovely hosts. Very friendly, helpful and flexible. My arrival time got delayed a few hours and that was no problem at all. I’m sad my stay was just one night as a stop over for a road trip. Would love to come back!

Squeaky-clean and thoughtfully designed place. Place looked exactly like the photos and still felt new. Host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Checkin was a breeze and they even allowed us to checkin early. Thanks for having us Christine :)

The Space: Upon arrival on the unit, you can immediately smell the good scent of the room. It was clean and feels so modern. They also have complementary snacks and coffees. Amenities: Everything you need is provided. You literally just need to bring your clothes. Towel, Body Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, Toothbrush, diswashing soap, iron, blower, kitchenware — everything was there. Location: Restaurants, convenience store, mall — walking distance and easily accessible Host: The host was very responsive. Always responding immediately to my queries. Checkin & Checkout: Process was smooth and hassle-free. instructions were clear. Overall Experience: It was a perfect stay. It really added to the positive experience we had during our stay in Iloilo. You can see how the host really value their clients by how they presented their unit. It was also safe for our crawling baby since they have a pull out floor bed. We need not to worry that he might fall. He enjoyed crawling evrywhere

We had a really great stay at Phil and Jasmin’s airbnb. The best airbnb I have stayed so far, everything feels so comfy and at home. Plus everything is available, what you see from the pictures are the same and would exceed expectations. We also had fun at the pool… Will definitely book again in the future. My family had a great time. The house was big and spacious, with parking area as well. Allison was a great host and was very responsive and also considerate by letting us use one room before checkin time. Would highly recommend this esp to big groups.

Staying at Alta Tierra feels like giving yourself a gift — it’s like sleeping inside a museum! The art and furniture are carefully designed and curated. Ate Nerissa, the caretaker, was also very warm and welcoming throughout my stay. In the morning, you can watch the colorful betta fish in their small pond or meditate in front of the garden with the anitos. The space is also equipped with a strong Wi-Fi connection and air-conditioning. Even the lack of a kitchen space seems intentional — encouraging you to go out and experience Iloilo’s rich gastronomy! I would definitely want to go back and take a warm, slow bath in their church-like bathroom. Thank you for the hospitality and sharing the space to me Alta Tierra.
