Vacation rentals with a pool in Igaratá

Viviane was very kind and agile in communication and has kept the house with the same standard of infrastructure since March 2023, when I was there for the first time. All my family and friends who were with me during this stay and the previous one loved the coziness of the house, the decor and its architectural style. A small family accommodates very well. My family and I loved the accommodation, the house is simple but very clean and organized, we found everything we needed, clean bedding, well-equipped kitchen, very good barbecue area, and the pool is also very good, the house has a beautiful view of the dam, and also has access for those who like to fish or jet ski, in the region we found places to rent, it was a wonderful weekend, I highly recommend it and we will certainly return. Points to improve the lighting of the pool, the night is very dark as it is a very large area, and the showers that have little water.

wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. Our home experience was amazing. The house is an annex to the hosts' house, but we had a lot of privacy. Sérgio was very helpful and made us feel at ease. We arrived at dawn and had no problems with that. We were greeted with treats (wine, dulce de leche, cheese bread and a basket with towels and bathrobes.) The pool was extremely cold due to the rain, but we made the most of the hydro, which heats up to 40 degrees. There is a waterfall with a trail 10 minutes from the residence, you pay a fee of 10 reais to visit and enjoy an incredible trail along the banks of the waterfalls. In short, it was all wonderful. The accommodation is worth every cent.

Local exactly as in photos. If you're looking for a place to feel like you're in nature, this is perfect. The way is easy to access. Homero and Michelli are super proactive with the information. Everything is neat and clean. We didn't use the pool much, as it was cold, but the whirlpool is excellent. We highly recommend it!

Impeccable cottage! Well-equipped, clean, quiet environment and with one of the best views I've ever seen. Communication with Thiago was excellent, I hope to have the opportunity to come back more often!

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

I really enjoyed the stay. Very well located for corporate travel, close to Shopping Morumbi. The commercial area below has everything: coffee, pizzeria, hairdresser, market, etc. Very convenient. The apartment is cozy, with a wonderful view. The gym is very practical

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
