Our stay was perfect, we felt 100% at home. Salete's care, who was always available for any questions, and Ronaldo's attention were exceptional. The apartment is perfect, you don't even feel like going out for a walk, everything is very perfect and cozy. We will definitely be back, we love it!!!

The place at Rua Oscar Freire is amazing, location is unbeatable, super comfortable, well-equipped and nice apartment, with so many nice little touches. We stayed for a little over 2 weeks with our 2 year old. Not only was the place exactly as described, Elise was extra thoughtful in the amenities provided for our son. She was extremely responsive, and was gracious to allow us a flexible check out to accommodate his nap before our flight. It was good the stay! I took my children and although the building did not have a playroom, the apartment was spacious and the building had a gym and swimming pool. A differential for me was having a high chair, a piggy bank, a hair dryer... even items like cotton and cotton swabs. Andrea, who did all the communication with me, was very helpful and kind. Leaving the building, you see the Allianz, very close. I recommend it.

Excellent accommodation, beautiful apartment, perfect location. I'd also like to thank Anderson, the super attentive building manager, who helped us a lot. We didn't take the car out of the garage, when necessary we went by Uber. Fantastic ride, I recommend it.

I would like to express, on behalf of my entire family, our satisfaction in having enjoyed peaceful and invigorating days in the apartment of Mr. Neusa and Cláudio, and managed by Giovana, their daughter. The apartment is a delight, reminiscent of a grandmother's house that embraces you in every detail, we felt the care and affection in every corner as well as the support the family gave us in an unexpected health situation. The location is excellent for those seeking tranquility and quiet, next to a forest with birds singing at dawn! We look forward to returning soon! 🙌🏻

Apartment 514 is amazing! In the heart of Av Paulista, it is a very comfortable and surprisingly quiet space. Well decorated, it has air conditioning and an electric shower in great working order and some kitchen equipment. Close to many attractions, the apartment is next to MASP, close to Padaria Bella Paulista, pharmacies and various services. The Trianon MASP subway station is on the same sidewalk as the building, making it very easy to get around the city of São Paulo.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment, close to shopping and a quiet neighborhood

Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary amenities to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making the stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I'll definitely be back.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was impeccable, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities I could need. The location was perfect — close to everything, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely welcoming and attentive, giving great local tips and making sure I felt at home. I especially loved the cozy touches, such as the fresh sheets, the welcome gift and the comfortable furniture. I would definitely stay again.
