Contemporary Guesthouse in Town

"The Shedd" used to be a shed before our architect got a hold of it and turned it into a retreat for writing, reading, and napping. The 800 sq. ft. guesthouse has a bedroom, bathroom w/ walk-in shower, small kitchen, dining nook, sitting area, desk, wifi, and A/C. Even though it's just a 7-minute walk to the village, our place backs up to the wilderness, with great views of Tumwater Mountain and Icicle Ridge. Best of all, The Shedd has many windows and lots of fresh air and natural light.

The Hideout

This is our little hideout near the heart of downtown Leavenworth. It's a studio unit with a 3/4 bathroom and a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, sofa, Roku TV, great wifi, soft towels, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and more. It does not have a stove or cooking equipment other than a microwave. It is a basement unit but with lots of light. It's one of three units in the building and there is a unit above this one so you WILL likely hear footsteps or muted voices from above at times.

The location was very easy to find, the self check in was quite easy as well, the view from the balcony was amazing, very clean bathroom( always a plus), all the kitchen utensils were accessible, it’s a 4 minute drive from the main town, me and my fiancé had a blast. Amazing host overall, will book in the future again.:)

Edee and Dave’s guest house is located within 5 mins of downtown Leavenworth and has breathtaking views of icicle ridge and Tumwater mountain. Clean, cozy, well stocked with basics plus useful local tips on things to do and places to explore. Edee is a wonderful super-host and extremely prompt in responding to any queries. Would love to come back and stay here when visiting Leavenworth/Lake Wenatchee area :)

What a gem! Quiet and tucked away while still within walking distance to local shops and nearby parks. A nice leisurely stroll and you're in town! The building itself seemed older but once you walk inside, everything looks refreshed, clean, cozy, and very welcoming. All the accents and touches just give you that sense of home. And Niki is such a great host. Responsive and absolutely making sure you enjoy your stay. Definitely will book again! Very recommended!

Heidi‘s chalet was exactly as described. I stayed in the small room, which was perfect for me traveling alone. The fresh air, a waterfall out back, the bells on the goats all provided a wonderful fresh atmosphere and feeling of life in the country. Beautiful setting! I was a bit concerned about the shared bathroom, but it actually worked out very well. Heidi was very accommodating and kept me up to date with everything I needed to know. By the way, she makes excellent rhubarb walnut muffins!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Leavenworth. The accommodations were very nice, the condo was very clean, and the water pressure was stupendous. There was some noise from the floor above at night, but nothing too loud or uncalled for. Would definitely recommend this spot again; with three queen beds, the price was very fair.
