It has good accessibility in Seoul, and is located in an airy and quiet place! Bedding and tableware in the accommodation are regularly replaced and maintained as new. We clean and maintain it ourselves to maintain a pleasant environment. The actual floor space is 40 pyeong (3 rooms, 2 bathrooms), making it suitable for various gatherings such as large family gatherings. You can see countless stars at night. [Accommodation Instructions] Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is at 11am. Cooking is possible in the accommodation, and cooking utensils are provided. Our space is optimized for group teams, so it fits well. There was so much space... (20 people from a board game club stayed.) There is an additional charge per person if there are more than 4 people. Space 1 has a 40-pyeong party room (private use) Space 1/Space 2 Each has a bedroom (10 pyeong × 2) on the second floor. This is a warm ondol room. Beam Project Karaoke facilities are available. Hwi Seonjae has an entire wall made of glass, so you can start your day by looking at the sky and the mountains. How about taking a break from the busy daily routine and looking at a little further and higher place? It would also be ideal to listen to the sounds flowing from the garden and small swimming pool (5m*3m size, not available from October to June) and awaken new senses. Most of the space is handmade by the father and son, and is full of affection. There are three rooms in total, including one without a door, and two bathrooms. (Currently, pets are not allowed in our house)

It's a studio and a painter's house. I wanted to share the gallery and living space of Lemon House, where I lived and enjoyed for a long time, with others. This place has a 3-story structure, and the lemon room on the 3rd floor has a basic bedroom. The second floor is a dining and living area, which guests can freely use. The lemon-shaped window in the lemon room is a large window that I drew and made myself.
