Relaxing Sea View & Sunset

The villa is located in a very quiet area near Cala Tarida (not SAN ANTONIO, the LOCATION IS WRONG) and the views are wonderful. The pool is large 5M X 10M.The house has 2 parts, it is simple and comfortable. Main house; living room, dining room and open kitchen, the double bedroom and bathroom, are on the ground floor, upstairs there is a bedroom with an oval bed (140x180). The guest house is next to the main house and has two single beds, shower/toilet, and terrace.

This beautiful villa with sea views is located in the Es Cubells area. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms of which 1 bedroom has a separate entrance from the house. Large living room with fully equipped kitchen. Nice pool with sun loungers. Covered summer terrace with barbecue, table, and chairs. The house has panoramic views of Formentera. The town of Es Cubells is 2 km away and the beaches about 4 km. The house has Wifi, A/C in the rooms, and satellite TV.

There are supermarket, buses & bars in the area. The villa is fully equipped including heating and air conditioning units, mosquito screens, solar panels, and a swimming pool with a jacuzzi. Precious single house with sea view, two floors, ground floor, lounge, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, porch, swimming pool, solarium, garden, first floor, two bedrooms each with sea view terrace, a bathroom- automatic entrance gate, alarm system, air conditioning, wi fi, near the beaches of Cala Comte and Cala Bassa. There are no neighbors in the pool area, you can enjoy it , at all the hours, in the day and in the night.

ET-0377-E Is a fantastic house with 4 rooms, a big saloon with TV, air-co, wifi, full equipped kitchen, terrace at different levels, bbq area, pond, orchard gardens, garage and a big swimming-pool, the house is surrounded of forests. Located just 450m away from cala Llonga beach, it´s services and amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy…) . There is also public transport in the nearby area.
