Cottage vacation rentals in Iberian Peninsula

Vi var tre brødre som besøkte Barcelona for å feire vår yngste brors 50-årsdag med Formel 1 Grand Prix – og La Casita Laureles var perfekt for oss. Kommunikasjonen med Natalia var veldig god fra start til slutt. Hun svarte raskt og vennlig, og sørget for at vi hadde all nødvendig informasjon for innsjekk og transport. Hun anbefalte også en dyktig lokal taxisjåfør som gjorde all transport til og fra Circuit de Barcelona lettvint og veldig behagelig. ( Huset var akkurat som beskrevet – sjarmerende, velutstyrt og rolig plassert i Argentona, som viste seg å være et flott utgangspunkt for både Barcelona og avslapning mellom slagene. Vi koste oss masse under hele oppholdet og setter stor pris på gjestfriheten. Takk for at du bidro til å gjøre brorens jubileum ekstra spesielt. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake! – Roar

We hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad. Het huisje is echt mooi ingericht met veel ruimte en de tuin is echt fantastisch. De jacuzzi was de kers op de taart. Er stond een heerlijk zelfgebakken brood klaar met jam en een fles wijn. Heel attent.

Une parenthèse nature au calme. Tout était parfait. Le logement est très bien équipé, il correspond en tous points à la description et le bain nordique est vraiment très agréable. Cyril est un hôte réactif, très discret et il nous a conseillé de très beaux villages à aller visiter à côté. Allez-y les yeux fermés, c’était une vraie bulle « déconnexion » ressourçante au cœur de la nature 😊

Luciano war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Das Haus ist abgelegen und sehr ruhig mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden und erleichtern auch längere Aufenthalte. Ein gutes Auto im besten Fall mit Allrad würde ich empfehlen, wenn Regentage vorausgesagt werden.

Het verblijf was in een woord geweldig. Carolina was een hele fijne en behulpzame host voor ons. Ze dacht mee in wat wij leuk zouden vinden. Het huis ligt op een adembenemende plek als je van natuur en uitzicht op bergen,kliffen en weilanden houdt. We hebben iedere dag wel een mooie hike gedaan van 1 tot 3 uur maar je kunt hier gerust langere tochten maken langs watervallen, meren, kliffen, door bossen en weilanden.

Das war für mich eines der schönsten AirBnB Erlebnisse überhaupt. Ein kleines Haus auf einem Weingut. Alles war perfekt, ich konnte das gesamte Areal und den Pool sowie die wunderschöne Umgebung geniessen. Es ist ein Naturparadies und ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis für alle, die Natur und Stille in einer wunderschönen Umgebung suchen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und danke Lucia für die Möglichkeit diesen magischen Ort genießen zu dürfen!

We stayed in Borines for almost a month and loved every day we were there. Andrea's house is beautiful - clean, spacious, well appointed, great kitchen, amazing garden - and the location is stunning. The views over the valley (and towards Sieres on the other side) are incredible, even when it is foggy/misty. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings looking out from the patio and the summer house. The new shower was lovely and the bed very comfy. The access is fine, as long as you follow Andrea's instructions!, and there is plenty to do within 15-20mins drive (supermarkets and restaurants in Infiesto and Arriondas, markets in Infiesto and Cangas de Onís, etc.). We also enjoyed the local bars in Miyares (Bar Pili) and Valles (incl. a live concert at El Garitu), the first of which is walkable (35mins), and beer tasting at the Ordum brewery (15mins walk). We did some excellent walks within 60-70mins drive (Foces del Río Pendón, Lagos de Covadonga, Ruta del Cares, etc.). Would 100% return!

Nunca habíamos estado en un Airbnb tan sumamente limpio. Reluciente! Fuimos con nuestros dos perritos pequeños y estuvimos como en casa. En la casa se respira paz. Tiene todo al mínimo detalle de cuidado. Sin duda lo recomendamos. Hay que tener en cuenta que si viajas con tu mascota no hay que dejarla en el apartamento sola.

wunderschöne, ruhig gelegene Wohnung, mit eigenem Parkplatz und phantastischer Aussicht auf Dorf und Berge, sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Ein Ort zum wiederkommen!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Tom! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, super sauber und total gemütlich – vor allem die zwei Kamine machen es an kühlen Tagen richtig heimelig. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig mit toller Aussicht, die wir jeden Tag von der Terrasse aus genossen haben. Besonders schön war, dass wir von der Terrasse aus die Tiere beobachten konnten – Kühe, Schafe, Katzen und viele Vögel. Die Kommunikation mit Tom war top, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ideal zum Entspannen und Wandern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

El alojamiento de José es perfecto para pasar unos días en un entorno natural y con vistas impresionantes. Todo estuvo muy bien! Y José fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo para hacer de nuestra estadía una hermosa experiencia. Volvería sin dudarlo!

Rita's place (we called it the "Stone House") is absolutely beautiful and superbly comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and has a great espresso machine all setup for your use! It is very close (by car) to many nearby towns with lots of restaurants and interesting sights. It served as the perfect "basecamp" for our party of four, while exploring the nearby area. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at Rita's place and would have loved to stay much longer!

Quel bonheur de se retrouver face au lever du soleil posé sur la terrasse en haut de cette falaise qui domine la mer de toute beauté. La zénitude du lieu, de ce cocon sauvage furent parfaits pour se ressourcer. Prendre le temps d’aller découvrir à flan de falaise , ce petit port sauvage logé tout près de la maison . Commencer cette nouvelle année à Formentera laisse augurer une belle année . Merci Manolo, l’homme qui adore l’art et la musique, pour le merveilleux accueil . Et puis toujours disponible avec le sourire à la moindre sollicitation. C’était cool le feu de cheminée dès la nuit tombée. Contraste étonnant avec les chaudes journées passées à découvrir tous ces endroits parfois un peu cachés et ces plages désertes à cette période de l’année . Enfin, prendre un verre à la terrasse du Blue Bar pour regarder ces magnifiques couchers de soleil caresser Formentera la belle . Merci encore Marie Cécilia et Manolo . On reviendra . Jean-Phi. Ysou. Cute, extremely comfortable, and in a great location; a lovely apartment. Communications with the host were easy and timely; responses were quick and clear. The spiral staircase might be a bit difficult for some people to navigate, but I loved each distinct and cozy floor.

Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage in dem Haus am Fluss. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch und das Haus fügt sich perfekt in die Landschaft ein. Zu erwähnen ist, dass das Haus bei der Ankunft etwas feucht war, aber wenn man lüftet merkt man es gar nicht mehr. Außerdem hatten wir ein kleines Problem mit den Mücken. Ansonsten würde ich diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Es ist herrlich am Fluss zu sitzen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Direkt vor dem Haus geht auch ein sehr schöner Wanderweg los. Man findet alles was man braucht in der Unterkunft. Besonders haben wir das grillen am Fluss genossen.

Amazing view and peaceful area to stay. Francisco was extremely helpful and gave clear instructions from check in all the way to the end of the stay. The place is beautiful and has heaps of features that make the stay worthwhile.

We spent a couple of days in this beautifully made, cozy home, surrounded by a lovely landscaped pool area. Walking into the Airbnb, we were welcomed by Ricardo and some tasty natas, a fridge with groceries and a bottle of wine. Everything was just perfect. As for Ricardo, he was extremely welcoming and helpful. Thank you for hosting us, we will definitely be back 😊 Charlotte & Sam

La estancia fue estupenda y la atención de Marisa genial, nos puso facilidades para el horario de llegada y estuvimos en contacto continuamente, incluso nos dio instrucciones sobre donde podíamos comprar. A la llegada fue super amable, nos explicó todo, nos enseñó toda la casa y todo lo que teníamos a nuestra disposición. La casa es preciosa y está muy bien equipada, todo limpio y ordenado. El entorno es inmejorable, en medio de las montañas, y además está ubicada muy cerquita de la entrada al parque natural del Parrizal, con lo que no es necesario ir en coche si se va a hacer la ruta de las pasarelas. La única pena fue no poder quedarnos más días, pero seguro que repetiremos y lo recomendaré a todo el mundo.

We had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful, quiet and spacious. The little town was so cute and we would have evenings walks around there. The cats were so cute and I made an effort to feed them. we hired a car and visited Valencia city and some surrounding towns. large supermarkets around 25 minute drive away or smaller one around 10 minute drive away. The only thing I would suggest is a sun lounger by the pool to be able to lay down and relax. Thank you so much for our gorgeous stay. We hope to come back one day.

Our stay at Casa Saudade was outstanding! The Casa, Salema and the people we met in the village were all wonderful. Peter is an excellent host! He is very engaging, attentive and responsive. All of his recommendations (hikes, restaurants, day trips to Sagres & Lagos) added to our enjoyment. We look forward to a return visit ! John and Helen
