This is a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line, 85 square meters, and a 2-story detached house for rent. It is a completely private space with a one-floor studio only. Simple but well equipped. 5 mins walk to nearest station JR Senrioka station. From there, there is excellent access to Shin-Osaka Station in 10 minutes and Kyoto in 30 minutes! Both Osaka and Kyoto are perfect for those planning sightseeing. Surrounding area, there are many popular spots such as Expo Memorial Park, Expo City, and Panasonic Stadium Suita. Convenience stores and supermarkets are just around the corner, making it a convenient environment. There are also restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to access. - ⚠️Information⚠️ - Currently, there is redevelopment work in the area in front of JR Senrioka Station, and construction will continue until FY09 near this facility.
