Cabin with stunning views in quiet surroundings. Short distance to the fjord and a rowing boat is available during the summer months. The cottage has a mini-kitchen, fridge, small oven and microwave. Not dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet, heating cables in the floor. Living room with lounge area, dining table and a cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are very small. Covered porch with outdoor furniture. Bed linen and towels are not included. When snow, you have to park by the road and walk the last 50 meters up to the cabin. Parking by the cabin during summer.

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balcony facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

A cozy-rustic cabin with an amazing view

The Airbnb is surounded by fruit trees, peaceful and quiet place with an amazing view on the Hardanger fjord. ( nearest grocery stores are in Granvin or Ulvik, about 20min drive) In the old days the cabin was the maids/girls house, when they came to work on the farm. You can take many wonderful hikes in the area and I highly recommend to use the App UT.no it shows you how far it is, how high, distance, how challenging etc.
