The annex sleeps 3. 30 meters to swimming in the sea from Svaberg, 3-4 min walk to Joker grocery store and a small sandy beach. You can optionally paddle to the store with the kayak or row in the rubber boat. The area is known for having a bustling boating life in the summer. There are many marked hiking trails in the nearby area.

Anbefalt å se i nærområdet: Gamle ruiner fra 2.verdenskrig. Rikt øyrike der du kan gå heilt ut til fyrlykten. Gulatingsparken, 20 minutt med bil. Sykkelveier. I vinterhalvåret kan du oppleve Nordlys, eller vakker stjernehimmel . Fergen går over fjorden, og til Solund.(gratis ferge) Husk å handle før du kommer, ikke butikk i Rutledal. Velkommen.

Welcome to beautiful Skifjordvegen 434. The house is located close to the Fjord with amazing view, in a sheltered bay north of the Sognefjord. Here you will find many opportunities for good hiking areas, small and high mountains, fishing, sea bathing and a wealth of nature experiences. Boat rental at the local shop is possible. On the main floor there is the entrance hall, bathroom, living room and kitchen. 50m2 terrace from mainfloor. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, with up to 7 sleeps.

Hytten er tegnet av kunstner og eieren av hytten. Den ligger på et vakkert kulturbeite med panorama utsikt utover Bøfjorden, Sognefjorden og fjellene. Urtehage, blomstereng og en liten gressplen skaper en idyllisk atmosfære. Hytten ligger ca 100 m over havet, med turmuligheter direkte til Bø-heia like ved, samt spektakulære turmuligheter en kort biltur unna. Bygden Leirvik har et lite tettsted, ca 2,5 km fra hytten, med en matbutikk og hotell, samt et skipsverft nede ved fjorden.

Welcome to the old schoolhouse at Vassenden in Sørbøvåg, the place for peace and quiet. The old schoolhouse was used as a school for the surrounding villages, from 1910-1959. In recent times, the house has had a significant upgrade and we spend a lot of time here ourselves. The house is beautifully situated, next to a lake and right between beautiful mountains.

The house is located right by the fjord, and the view of the fjord and the mountains is fantastic. The area is suitable for hiking in nature along the sea or on the mountain using marked hiking trails in the nearby area. With its own jetty and a small boat, everything is suitable for both fishing and for having great experiences out in nature.
