The loft is located in the basement and is cool in summer due to excellent insulation of the house. In addition, you will find the best restaurant "Kickert" in the region, a snack bar, bakeries, a hairdresser, a butcher, a pharmacy and an Edeka supermarket in Mettendorf.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. The duck house is a comfortable and family-friendly vacation home for two to four people. The entrance is on the backside of the property, where our guests have their own parking space and a small garden with a barbecue corner. The upper floor consists of two large bedrooms with double beds and a modern bathroom with shower. Your dog is welcome for a small surcharge of €40/animal.

Lovingly restored, listed residential building the Thome House, formerly Jenn House, named after the builder Jean Thome from 1827. During the 2019-2020 expansion, a lot of emphasis was placed on ecological materials. Clay plaster, clay paints, natural wood paneling, natural stone and wood floors. Many historical details, such as sandstones and old wooden beams, are still preserved and make the house a special gem.
