Pleasant house with sauna outside, boat, private quay and boathouse

Great house with its own quay and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor sauna. Lots of equipment that can be used such as bicycles, pizza oven in the boathouse, fire pan by the lake, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need. Short distance to Molde, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here you will find peace and a good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that can be rented. One is a 16-foot with 25 hp and the other is a 17-foot Buster X bowrider with 70 hp. See pictures

Completely restored and extended house from the year 1840. Built-on part of about 150 sqm is rented out. Located in Hustadvika municipality by the lake with beach line, and 16 acres of land. Summer room with sliding doors and terrace. Tenants can use gas grill, trampoline, ping pong table in annex, outdoor wood-fired sauna, outdoor wood-fired hot tub. Wood is available for NOK 60 per bag. Good swimming and fishing opportunities. Dolmøy 23 ft boat 100 HP can be rented for NOK 7,700 per week. Includes GPS, map plotter and echo sounder. Deposit NOK 4,000.

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Charming cabin 5 min from the Atlantic Road. The cabin is located 5m from the Follandsvannet. Road to the cabin. Electricity and toilet in the cabin. It is located in a remote location. Nice to swim, as well as fish. Right behind the cabin is the mountain "Gulltanna". Nice hike with a magnificent view of the Atlantic Road.
