There are three terraces around the house with outdoor kitchen in the form of a grill and pizza oven. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which has three rooms with a total of 6 beds, an entrance hall, a bathroom with a large shower, a cozy kitchen/living room and a living room with access to the terrace.

There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

The house has antenna TV, wood-burning stove, air conditioning, dishwasher, espresso machine, microwave, regular oven/stove + hood. In addition, there is a washing machine. There are two terraces, so there is always the possibility to find shelter/shade/sun. Electricity is settled separately.
