This place was great. Firstly, the host, David was very responsive and very helpful. It was so easy communicating. Secondly, the place, amazing! The villa is stunning, well cleaned, and private. The pool area and the greenery was great, we truly did not want to leave. You are provided with everything, we indeed were not disappointed at all. Would 100% recommend this place if you are looking for privacy to enjoy the pool area and have a relaxed time. Will come here again!

Es war einfach alles super! Die Villa ist zwar etwas älter, aber gut gepflegt, sauber und hat ihr Charme. Der Pool mit offenem Blick auf die Lagune, war einfach genial. Eine Hälfte des Pools ist geschätzt 1m tief und die andere 1,6m, was für Kinder super war. Der Pool war beheizt u d beleuchtet, so konnten wir egal wann reinspringen. Wir haben auch in der Lagune geschwommen. Hier wären Schwimmschuhe etwas besser gewesen, aber war auch kein Problem. Es gab im ganzen Haus nur einen Fleck auf einem Sofa. Die Koche ist ohne Geschirrspülmaschine, aber sonst voll ausgestattet. Viele Terrassen und Parkplatz für zwei Autos im Schatten und mehr in der Sonne direkt vor der Haustür.

This villa is in a peaceful location. Very relaxing during the daytime around the pool. Lots of outdoor space to sit, dine, sunbathe. Inside the villa is clean, spacious and well equipped. We stayed at another villa which Younan manages previously and it was not available for our recent travel dates so we chose this villa and glad we did as it was great. Thanks Younan!

From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming messages made me feel right at home. The villa was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The villa's location—perfectly situated near entrance, a few menitus away from downtown and the marina, making it convenient to explore the area. The garden and pool were simply breathtaking! The lush greenery was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful oasis, while the crystal-clear pool was a refreshing retreat. Every corner was spotless, adding to the serene and inviting atmosphere. A truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience! Nermine was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome, the home was clean and ready for our arrival. We would recommend this home to anyone and thank Nermine for all her work.

We visited Luxor coming from the US and this spit was perfect. It's in the east bank side of Luxor where there are sites and places to see. You can walk and find food, groceries, cafes, and very close to the river to cross over. It's about a 30 minute drive to all the temples so plan accordingly. The home itself was spectacular and is stated just like the listing. Very clean and anything you need the host would communicate right away.

The house is very spacious and matches the description. The location is quiet and private. Many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Wifi is fast enough for streaming and video calls. Just some parts of the interior are starting to show a bit of wear and would benefit from better maintenance.

Diana and Ibrahim are really lovely people. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable but what truly made it exceptional was the reception. The hospitality was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine kindness and care that I instantly felt at ease and at home. And then something truly unforgettable happened. I got proposed to right there in the apartment. It was private, emotional, and absolutely beautiful. That space became the setting for one of the most important moments of my life, and I couldn’t have imagined a better place for it. To Diana and Ibrahim: thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your warmth and attention to detail created the perfect atmosphere, not just for a vacation, but for a life-changing memory. This isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a place to feel, to celebrate, and to cherish. I will never forget it. I Highly, deeply recommended.

The place is amazing ! The heated private pool was our favorite part during our stay♥️ we absolutely loved the place. The furniture is new & clean. The view of the pool & laguna ! ♥️ is spot on. The kitchen has everything we might ever need. The overall place & experience was very satisfying.
