Perfect place for chill or work.

I missed my flight out of Egypt, and Mido was quick to let me check into his place while I sorted out my next steps. The complex itself is nice, with a clean, well-kept pool and proximity to everything you need in El Kawser.

Loved staying in this apartment. Sandy is a great host, very reaponsive and helpful. The apartment has everything you need it is very comfortable. The beach in front is clean and peaceful. There are restaurants and shops at a walkable distance. The beach bar and staff that take care of the complex are also great and very friendly. I will definitely come back again!

It is a nice and quite place. It has very much amenities. The apartment is clean and fits for a family. The pool is nice and kids can enjoy it.

Clean and comfortable place

The place was great! It was very clean and cozy. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. One thing to keep in mind when booking: it's a quiet neighborhood and you'll need to keep the noise to a minimum past 10:00pm.

Elena ist super nett und total toll. Sie ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und wir haben es dort genossen. Leider war es manchmal in der Nacht sehr laut durch laute Menschen aber dafür konnte Elena nichts. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

The hosts were brilliant from initial interest in booking until it was time to leave. We had originally booked from 13-25th May but extended by another two days… I think this speaks for itself. The view from the balcony is gorgeous which is great as I love to sit outside. Where we were in Sabina is very quiet, almost secluded, so perfect if you want privacy or peace. Thank you to both of you for everything, it was a pleasure.

Hanya ist sehr unkompliziert durch ihre direkte komunikation war es einfach infos zu erhalten oder bei fragen schnelle antworten zu bekommen. This was a beautiful home to stay at. We went on vacation and wanted to splurge a little and it felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort. Home clean and comfortable. Be sure to read on the check in process as it is limited time and our flight came in very late. Luckily host was able to accommodate us very late at night. Also there is construction going on at the beach right in the front which is not the host’s fault but definitely took away from the peaceful vibe. Overall, we loved staying there.

Everything was perfect. Bashar provided all information needed for arrival and check-in. He recommended good Restaurants and bars, supermarkets , Taxi-and Tuktuk services - all very useful and to our full satisfaction. The Mangroovy Residence is wonderful with the awesome pool and distance to beach and bar. El Gouna is a beautiful place for relaxing holidays and we will definitely rent again Bashar’s place when we come back to Sandbox Festival. I had a fantastic stay at Rio’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The space had a cozy, welcoming feel, and all the little touches made it feel like a home away from home. The location was great and close to everything I needed. Rio was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and communication super easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I left feeling relaxed and very happy with my choice. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely love to stay here again next time I’m in Gouna!

This is a place to stay when you are in Hurgada. After many years of couching I found my place. It offers all you need and more. At the centre of Hurgada it is the best place to stay, very next to Marina. The apartment is as you see on photos, nothing hidden. Spot clean, full equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and a cattle, bathroom with a spotless clean shower,fresh clean towels, and a hair dryer. The bedroom is really big! dont bring your little iron ...all is there , and a balcony with a view .. the best apartment I have had in Hurgada ! Ahmed is a great host! so easy, helpful, professional and friendly. I have found my second home. Thank you Ahmed soooo recommended !!!

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Ägypten braucht: funkionstüchtige Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine, Sauberkeit und ein sehr gemütliches Bett. Es gibt zwei Pools zur Mitbenützung und ein Babybecken sowie Zugang zum kleinen Strand mit Sand- sowie Felszugang und sogar einem Steg. Sonnenliegen gibt es immer genügende. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist fantastisch. Obwohl es viele Wohnungen dort gibt, hat man die nötige Ruhe. Die belebte Sheraten Street ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt und die Mamsha Street etwa 3 Fahrtminuten. Ahmed ist ein toller Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und antwortete immer sehr schnell.

Carol‘s apartment is amazing. We felt at home quickly. The view is beautyful. It was very quite in the whole hotel and we loved it. One can horse ride very close in the samara horse stables behind the next building - really recommended; wonderful horses for every experience, cats and dogs and wonderful people. You can gallop and swim with the horses in ghe tourquise see. One can book cheap and nice tours for snornkling, swimming with dolophins and visiting luxor via getyourguide and they pick you up at the hotel. Thank you Carol for being so caring. We will for sure come back.

Omar’s place has a great view with charming decorations. It’s a perfect place to relax. We loved our stay!

Très bon séjour au sein de cette maison. Agréablement surpris par le logement qui rend beaucoup mieux en vrai qu’en photo. L’accès est privé, les piscines et la plage le sont aussi. Le personnel du complexe adorable.
