Great place with a high standard. Amine (the owner) and also Yulia from Stayr are very helpful and especially Yulia super fast in getting things done. The villa is a very high standard with great finishing. Just the additionally available Golf cart is too expensive and if there is a scratch gets costly and not easily solved.

Amazing place to stay in El Gouna. The backyard is an oasis - so many comfortable places to lounge in the sun and around the pool. The pool was cleaned early every morning and made for a great place to swim. The home is clean and housekeeping was amazing during the week. I definitely recommend!

Islam was a great host and i can absolutely recommend renting with him. He was flexible with check-in and -out. Organised transfers to and from the airport and was always there to help on short notice and in a extremely friendly way. The villa was nice, especially outside with the large heated pool and nice view, however you could recognize it is already a bit run down so i guess it belongs to the houses in El Gouna built more early.

Flavia is an amazing host! Communication was excellent—proactive, friendly, and always quick to respond. The house itself is a dream, and the location is unbeatable with stunning views. Mahmoud, who is on-site, was simply fantastic. He was discreet yet extremely helpful, making sure everything was perfect during our stay. We had an unforgettable time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

The place is super clean, calm, comfey and all appliances are perfectly working, felt like home! The owner is super decent and reachable all the time along with his kind and beautiful team members who are ready 24 hours to get you whatever you want. Super close to gouna with a direct access to a highway going and returning. This is difentaly going to be my one stop destination whenever am planning to come to gouna or hurghada.

Very good hospitality and great place centre of Hurghada

Was picked up at the airport and given the use of a golf cart to go and get some groceries although Uber is in Hurghada and super cheap, we had fabulous air conditioning and plenty of room and space for the kids .. everything was as described . Fast Wi-Fi as well .. the pool was fab and a pool man came round very regularly to clean it .. gardener as well .. we have been here a month and had a cleaner come in weekly to change the beds and clean .. I think the bin men come daily ( well it was always empty when we put the trash out) there is a bbq also .. fruit, water and other basics was left for us .. .. would I come here again .. of course I would .. all Our needs was met . Ahmed was extremely responsive to anything we needed .. sorted out trips we wanted to do .. being very generous .. cannot fault staying here .. and looking forward to coming back

We stayed at this beautiful villa for a week. We were a total of 6 people and were more than satisfied. Hostess Gamila was super nice and helpful and always available in advance. Outstanding, we especially found that all the 3 rooms upstairs each have their own bathroom. The view from the balcony in the master bedroom was beautiful. The decor is rather simple and a bit older, nothing, despite that, we had everything we needed and were very satisfied. The pool and beach are very clean and offer plenty of opportunities for swimming. There was great wifi throughout the accommodation so no wishes remained unfulfilled here. We would always recommend the villa and will definitely be back again soon.

We had a lovely time. Hosts were very nice. Villa was great! Would suggest they get some more plates, cutlery, and fitted sheets for the beds. There was only 2 chairs in the garden so maybe some more garden furniture. No kettle and the toaster has a British plug. All small things. We had a problem with the plumbing and the hosts were very quick to come out and look at it. Will definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

The Villa is beautiful and looks like on the Pictures. The yea View is perfect and the Villa is perfectly Set Up with 4 bedrooms on different Levels With several balconies and more sea views. Ahmed and His Team were super helpful and always easy to communicate with. We will Love to come Back!
