Stay 30 minutes or less from beaches, kayaking, 22 miles of hiking trails, Jefferson-Patterson Park and its festivals, vineyards, Solomon's Island and Prince Frederick local restaurants and farmer's markets. Two-bedroom guesthouse with deck overlooking the Lower Machodic Creek (Coles Point, Hague VA) the perfect setting for enjoying sunrise and sunset. Shared property, but the second floor guesthouse is all yours. The first floor is a garage we use for storage. Salt water lap pool, 100 feet of beach on Lower Machodic Creek with expansive views of the Potomac River, kayaks, private dock, and 20 acres to explore. Great for a family vacation, couples getaway, girls weekend, you name it!

Wake up in the morning to the sounds of seabirds calling and waves lapping on the beach. A huge bank of windows and sliding glass doors makes the Bay the centerpiece of the entire living and kitchen areas. The house draws you outside to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the veranda, before heading down the stone steps to enjoy a day on the private beach, or you might simply enjoy relaxing with a book in the hammock, while listening to music on our built in speaker system.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Open floor plan with all the modern conveniences. King size bed, with space for an additional queen size air mattress. Washer, dryer, shower/bathtub. Note, there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the Cottage, and absolutely no "4/20" products allowed on the property. Two night minimum for all reservations, and due to documented medical allergy concerns we are unable to host pets/animals of any kind.

We provide beach passes, beach gear, games, a Pack & Play, and tips for jet ski rentals and day trips. The shed has a huge Smart TV. Fully-equipped kitchen. Single-story living with 2 bedrooms, accessible shower on the ground floor.
