Irina was an excellent host and the Airbnb was perfect. The bed and linens was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioner gets as cold as you want it to. The neighborhood is very peaceful, esp in the mornings. In the hills, it's a perfect place to walk around, and the neighbors were friendly. Irina as a host was super responsive and accommodating. Checking in was a breeze and she also helped us with a few requested that weren't listed. The Internet was also very fast. Solid solid spot for the $$

My daughter, husband and I had such an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable and the backyard set-up is ideal. Communication with the host was always quick and easy. We can't wait to come back!

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

My girls and I really enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful atmosphere, exactly what we needed & what we were looking for. Only complaints is we couldn’t experience the waterfall (would have made my daughter’s bday even better) & also the pool heater. This prevented us from using the pool at night (water was cold) we would have LOVED using the pool from morning till night to take full advantage of the beautiful pool but like they mentioned, it’s expensive to maintain, so I def understand.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

Host was very communicative but not invasive. Felt right at home and has everything you would need, like staying at a friend’s house. Beds were great. Loved the front deck - so peaceful with comfortable furniture, lush greenery, and great view. Spent most of our time out there. One caveat, to get the great views in the middle of the city, you have to climb. We did not have a problem with it and we are not particularly young or super fit, but if you struggle with stairs at all, definitely not the place for you. And keep in mind that anything you bring (luggage, groceries, etc) will need to be taken up a single narrow staircase (roughly the height of 1.5 floors) so maybe not a good choice if you don’t travel light. We would stay again.

Aldwins’s airbnb in east los angeles is a perfect little stay! the parking is easy, definitely have to reverse in from the street as Aldwin has said, The bed is extremely comfortable and the couch is as well, We did not use the TV during our stay but there is one in the living room. The kitchen is extremely clean. There is a fan in the closet for use and a portable heater as well which you can put in fan mode as well to use both, During our stay it was 90 degrees the first 2 days and the airbnb did get rather hot at night, opening the windows did help but there is no A/C available. The other days it was nice and breezy at night. Overall I did enjoy this airbnb a lot and recommend it to everyone especially for the price !

A great stay at a place that was exactly as advertised. The location allowed me to get into LA easily without paying LA prices. It also avoided the traffic going into LA. Space was as shown in the pictures and the instructions provided by Rex made perfect sense and made it easy to come and go. Parking was right outside the unit.

My wife had booked a AirBnB for a surprise party for me so my family could all be together. As she went it was a disaster. I found this house and Cynthia immediately responded mind you it was late. I couldnt be more Grateful for her coming to the rescue and being so easy to deal with. Also being a Born and raised Angelino I forgot how beautiful Lynwood is and the street the house is on is so quiet and plenty of parking. I truly recommend this house if you are looking for peace and quiet and plenty of space. Thanks again Cynthia

Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!

Great stay and warm folks that own/run the place. It was fun to relax and play pool! I got to cook and watch some great movies in peace.

I stayed at this Airbnb for my little sister’s graduation, and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. This is my second time staying here and we were very comfortable. This location is very cozy, and feels right at home. It's was quiet and we felt safe. Bed is comfortable, great water pressure. It has all the necessary amenities to feel comfortable and Rosemary is very attentive to any needs that you may need and also accommodating.

The space is open and fresh…immaculately maintained. The host is the perfect blend of kind, generous and professional. The Retreat In the Hills will not disappoint and is worth every penny.

The host is very nice and friendly. She is very helpful and provided prompt feedback. The place is located in a very safe neighborhood and there are lots of great restaurants and boba nearby! Very smooth check-in and check-out process as the host provided clear instructions beforehand. Great deal for its price if you need a private unit to stay in LA. Highly recommended.

The place was really nice! The decorations were great and gave it a welcoming vibe. I’m not from California, so it felt a little overwhelming at first with so many cars in front of the house and people hanging out outside, it made me feel unsure about the area. But once I got inside, I felt safe and comfortable. The house itself is beautiful, just could use a bit more attention to cleaning. Overall, a good experience!

Great renovated house! The region makes it easy to explore the region but the neighborhood is not one of the best; despite this, we had no problems with the neighborhood and we felt safe despite the reputation of the place
