We had the most wonderful weekend stay at this charming farmhouse nestled on the edge of a beautiful vineyard. The setting was peaceful and picturesque — waking up to vineyard views and sipping wine at sunset made the whole experience feel like a dream. The farmhouse itself was cozy, clean, and full of character. What truly made this stay exceptional was the host, Ming. Incredibly accommodating, kind, and attentive, he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy a truly special getaway.

Loved our stay!! We were in town from Boston for a wedding and Zanya was so clear and helpful regarding check in. The place was so cute and cozy and most importantly clean. The three of us were very comfortable staying there (two in the bed downstairs and one on the sofa bed upstairs) and Ubered easily to the Farmhouse venue in Hampton for the wedding. Also a quick ride to downtown Frenchtown which was so adorable and artsy and fun - great stores and little cafes. Zanya was very responsive and nice, I highly recommend staying at her cottage. We loved our stay at Arctis Acres! Peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and conveniently located, Arctis Acres is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a home base to explore the area. Nichole and Shawn are excellent hosts, having thought of everything a weary traveler might need - a comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom stocked with fluffy towels, and a nicely outfitted kitchen with tea and coffee. They even left macarons for us from a local bakery! I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway to explore the Delaware River towns. It's truly special!
