Gina’s place was an amazing place to stay. She was very responsive to all our questions and the photos don’t do this place justice. It was very clean and modern but still providing the cabin feel. We stayed with our kids and they loved it as well. Gina even found a quick solution to put a barrier around the fireplace so kids wouldn’t accidentally touch it. The place is also walking distance to cafe’s and short drive to all activities. Thanks Gina!

The perfect getaway for my family! Myself, hubby and 2 kids (7 and 9) had such a lovely time. Very peaceful, surrounded by nature. The walk to the river was beautiful and breathtaking. There was so much to do whether it be playing tennis, exploring the grounds, or chilling at the cabin with a board game. Would highly recommend

Wow if you want beautiful, spectacular and peaceful then this is the place. It's amazing and the views are better than the photos. My husband and I loved it so much we didn't want to leave. The interaction with the native wildlife was wonderful. The lodge is very clean and accomodating and has everything that you would need. Susanne and Dave were great hosts and always providing responses really quickly. I can't wait to go back and enjoy a little piece of heaven again.

We had a beautiful and tranquil weekend here. It was absolutely stunning. Of course the highlight were the gorgeous animals who so friendly and approachable and made the trip feel magical. Loved the spa inside the cabin. Bed was really comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Antonina was a lovely host, who responded straight away to any questions we had. The home was just as described very beautiful with lovely surroundings. We felt so relaxed in this beautiful private surroundings. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully be coming back in Easter.

We had the most incredible weekend stay at Cathy and Manny’s place! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and the peaceful atmosphere. The fire pits and indoor fireplace were already set up, making it so easy to just relax and enjoy our evenings. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed – including quality wine glasses and even an automatic ice maker (such a nice touch!). You can really tell a lot of care has gone into making the place feel special and comfortable. One of the highlights for us was definitely the wildlife! We had friendly visits from kangaroos (who we got to feed thanks to the kangaroo food Cathy and Manny provided), as well as goannas, kookaburras, and wallabies. It felt like a dream – truly magical. We already miss it and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Cathy and Manny for creating such a wonderful getaway!

Wonderful 1 bedroom cottage, huge high ceilings and beautiful polished cement floor. It was built so well as it really kept the heat in! Ideal for our little winter break. The horses are so friendly, always coming up for a chat. We went to the motorcycle museum, a little walk to see the Ellenborough Falls (highly recommend!) and had the best food at the local The Artisan Farmer in Nabiac. Lovely little aspect to sit and watch the sunset, with hills and a pond to admire. Just a little surprised how close we were to the highway and you can hear it when you are outside. Not a peep once you are inside though. Highly recommend!

2nd year here for her annual girls weekend absolutely perfect great location beautiful host and everything as described. Great price for a relaxing time.

Our overnight stay at Liz and Larry’s cabin was perfect for our needs with other family members joining us in Patonga for the long weekend to celebrate my 75th birthday. It was ideally located for us all to meet at The Boat House for breakfast and dinner. The creek behind is very pretty and the bush walks very accessible. We really enjoyed our stay

We had a fantastic family stay at Tamara’s place. It was an amazing location, and the cabin was perfect for our family of 4. It was super comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect - far enough away from town and close to the wineries. Tamara was very easy to communicate with during our stay too. We loved it. We will be back.

Brilliant stay - highly recommend this place! The house is set in a beautiful secluded spot, where local shops and cafes are only a very short drive away. On arrival we entered this stunning home, which had ample space for 4 adults. The kitchen is much bigger than the photos and newly renovated, as is the bathroom. We were impressed. Outside at the back of the house there is a lovely fire pit - we spent much time here and then inside spending time near the beautiful cozy fireplace. The house has all you need and could comfortably fit the max number specified. If you want a stay in nature with access to Laguna and a short drive to the beautiful Wollombi main town then, this is a spot to choose. We also made a day trip to Polkobin to visit the wineries ! IF you have a pet, this is a great place. We have a small foxie and he was right at home.

Beautiful place to stay. Very accommodating. Feels like home when you’re there. Would stay again in the future. I recommend it for anyone with kids, my kids loved the animals, especially when they could feed them and the toys they could use around the property.

Our stay here in Gloucester was peaceful and super relaxing. Dan reached out by email with detailed and easy to understand instructions which made finding the property super easy, even when we arrived late in the evening while it was dark. The property overlooks the hills and the view in the morning is gorgeous. We had clear skies in the evening so we had a perfect view of the stars. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had no issues preparing our meals, the gas bbq outside was also very handy. During the day the local cows walked by to graze and was a fun sight to see from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again Thanks Dan!

John’s studio was perfect for a day of remote working and a weekend of exploring Mudgee. The studio is beautifully designed and built with great attention to detail. The space feels modern, bright and so cosy! John was a really communicative and helpful host - thanks for a great stay!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The layout was thoughtfully designed and we especially loved the rustic charm of the bed and bathroom which created such a warm, cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, the beach accessible from the back gate of the property and although the weather was chilly, we still enjoyed a lovely picnic down there. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!

We loved our stay at Jingella cottage and hope to be back one day. The house was very comfortable and being able to walk to the lovely on-site restaurant was a bonus.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this little cabin tucked away in the mountains! The place was very easy to find and access, and upon entering we felt immediately at home, thanks to the beautiful touches to the interior - clearly a lot of thought has gone into the bespoke art work, vintage items and the print to the shower surround. We arrived in the foggy evening but were mesmerised by the stunning views the following morning, once the fog had lifted. The cabin was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and the fire warmed the place up beautifully each evening. Vanessa was a great host who responded quickly and helpfully. Would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Simon's place is a small cabin located out of town. It has views across farmland. It is cosy and ideal for an overnight stay or as a home base if you have commitments in the area. It is comfortable and private with a nice rustic feel.
