You can either walk around to the famous city center highlights or use any of the excellent public transportation; bus, metro or tram. The flat is 50-200 meters distance from bus, tram and metro stations. The flat is located in the second floor of an historical building that was designed by the same famous architect of the opera house. The flat is modern but the building is not renovated and has NO LIFT, similar to many of Budapest's downtown buildings that bring together past and present, old and new.

The four rooms apartment is 120 m2/ 1292 Sq. Ft. It has two bathrooms one with a bathtube/shower, a sink and a toilet, the other with a shower and a sink and there is one more separated toilet too. The property is in the heart of the Palace district, home of beautiful old buildings, libraries, and art galleries. It is just a 5 minute walk from Lörinc Pap Square with its many restaurants, bars, and terraces.
