El lugar es bastante amplio y bonito. Los cuartos perfectos con escritorios y roperos. También la cantidad de camas necesarias para que todos estuvieramos a gusto. 🙌🏼

Fue muy atenta a nuestra llegada, el lugar es tal cual las fotos y céntrico a todo, muy agradecido por la estancia, regresaremos pronto, muchas gracias

Jorge and Jimmy were both very helpful and even though our needs were unique (staying for a month) they went out of their way to make sure everything was suitable for our stay. Even adding a few small items to what was available in the kitchen to help with our longer stay. Highly recommended.

La habitación en la que me hospedé fue una experiencia excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegué, me recibieron con amabilidad y calidez por parte de la encantadora señora de la casa. La habitación en sí era muy cómoda y el departamento estaba impecablemente limpio. Me encantó la atención al detalle que se había puesto en la decoración y el diseño, lo que le daba un ambiente moderno y acogedor. La ubicación era conveniente y tranquila. En resumen, recomendaría esta habitación de Airbnb a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda, limpia y con un toque personal.

I had the most incredible 6 week stay here! I have stayed in many airbnbs and never felt so at home. It's only the 3 apartments, and it feels like staying with a local family. Jose Ignacio and his mother are the sweetest and kindest people and I loved living here. He is an amazing cook and even shared some delicious meals with me! The apartment is even nicer than the photos, so large and spacious. The yard is so nice and the wifi works everywhere so I was able to work outside and sit by the pool. It was a perfect remote work location with a view of the ocean. I was there in summer and was fine without AC, I left the windows open and the breeze is so nice. You are right on the beach and in the middle of nature so dirt/sand blows in and there are some ants, just keep clean and don't drop crumbs and they are small and don't bother you. It's a little bit of a walk from the centre of town but I love the privacy and unblocked view of the ocean. I can't wait to return to my Huanchaco home!

I spent a month in Julio's apartment & loved it. He was always quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. As a digital nomad, the apt was ideal. Strong internet, a nice kitchen, and a large, comfortable space. The workout equipment is a great bonus. Washer worked great. Internet/WiFi Speeds: Super fast; over 500d/600u on VPN Workspace: Nice desk w/ very comfy office chair Bed: very comfortable, slept well Kitchen: Great kitchen w/ good cookware, appliances, & utensils Water: pressure is OK, temp is steady Food/grocery: restaurants/supermarkets within 5-15min walk (bodegas across the street) Neighborhood: Loved it - relaxed, walkable, easy to get to the center (Uber was always quick to pick-up), a few blocks from Ave Larco for tons of restaurants/shopping. Julio was great at communicating from afar (he was out of the country) and when I had a plumbing issue (resolved as quick as is possible in Peru). Very well stocked with toiletries, detergent, & little household things for a comfy stay.

El anfitrión fue muy amable, siempre atento y muy práctico. El ambiente ordenado, buena distribución, excelente para compartir en pareja. La zona tranquila, silenciosa, un parque muy amplio cerca. Muy recomendado.

Esta ha sido la segunda ocasión en la que me hospedo en el departamento y, al igual que la primera vez, la experiencia fue excelente. La atención recibida fue muy cordial y eficiente, y el lugar cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí en futuras ocasiones.
