Vacation rentals with beach access in Hua Hin District

Spacious room for two family stay, building and pool a bit worn but still acceptable for what we pay Beach is great clean and quiet Recommend for a quiet getaway!

Richard’s unit was ideal for our two-week stay in Hua Hin. Comfortable furnishings, good shower with hot water. The unit is well-located in the La Habana complex, on the 7th floor with an inside view of the pool. The entire complex was very clean, extensive pool, good fitness room. The location was perfect for us, 5-minute walk to the beach, Cicada and Tamarindo markets. Richard was very quick to reply when we had questions. We will definitely want to stay there when we return to Hua Hin.

Stayed for two weeks and everything was great. Clean, secure and quiet. Handy to everything. Has everything you need and hosts were extremely helpful.

We have stayed in the owners other condo before and really liked it. This is an ideal location for us in a quieter neighborhood on the north side of Hua Hin. It has great swimming pools right on the beach and it’s really a beautiful property. The only challenge was that the mattresses were very hard and you could feel the springs. Khun Supida was very responsive to this and bought and installed a mattress pad for us that solved the issue. I really appreciated the responsiveness! The condo is well stocked and is really comfortable. The hustle and bustle of downtown is only 10 min away. We will be back!

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

Studio was very clean and walking distance to the malls and many restaurants

因为颜值而选择了这套房子，住了短短七天，整体感受下来还是不错的，唯一缺点就是位置和华欣县的中心以及海滩稍微有点远，打车不是很方便以外，其他都很好。设施出问题房东会第一时间来查看并修理，也帮我们联系了租车服务，人很热情有礼貌，总体是很完美的一次入住，下次来华欣会再考虑～

Bantita was an amazing host, she was very responsive and helpful and answered all my questions. Her place was very nice and exactly how it looked in the pictures. Very peaceful and relaxing area. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

It is a great location but just a heads up you have to leave a 3000 baht deposit which is fine but does not explain this on their listings Peaceful clean nice building one we had a few issues that may require looking at nothing serious just a couple of light bulbs etc Short drive to beach and bars which is great The host is very helpful I will definitely return

The place was cleaned and as described. The host was friendly and responsive. It's in a good location close to amenities. Good value for your bucks.

I know it sounds cliché, but Wolfgang’s house is home away from home. It’s modern and clean, comes with a deep pool, and has a fully stocked kitchen including all the appliances one might need, in case cooking is your thing. The location is perfect because it’s away from all the noise but only a short scooter ride away from restaurants, cafes, malls, bars, etc. Wolfgang provides a precise location a few days before the check-in, so the house is easy to find and the self-check-in itself is a breeze. Last but not least, Wolfgang is friendly and responsive and makes sure you have the best stay possible. I’d definitely stay at his house again in the future.

wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder in Wens Haus für 5 Tage, es war alles wie beschrieben und wir haben und sofort wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Wir kennen Hua Hin schon sehr gut und haben uns nicht zuletzt auch für Wens Haus wegen der guten Lage entschieden. Alles top, Stylist und jederzeit gerne wieder. Heike condo is functional, stylish and practical. Heike has put careful planning into making sure her guest feels at home. The bed, pillows and towels are comfortable. You will sleep so well. You don’t need to rush to the shops on arrival as Heike has essentials in the room. Yoga mat for morning stretches Basket for your washing Towels for the pool. If you want comfort stay here. Wir waren knapp 6 Wochen im Apartment und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Staff der Verwaltung war bei verschiedenen Anliegen äußerst hilfreich. Pinpach hat sich um kleinere Mängel in der Küchenausstattung schnell gekümmert. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

This place is an absolute gem—especially for rescue dogs like ours who really appreciate calm, truly dog-friendly spaces. There’s plenty of green space around the property for sniffing and exploring, and the nearby beach is peaceful and free of soi dogs, which was such a relief. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need. Convenience-wise, there’s a 7-11 near by, and meals are easy to order through Grab. Plus, the well-known Anchor Bar is just a 5-minute stroll down the beach. We’ll definitely be back! xx

Love this place! Feel like home here. I love the well-equipped kitchen and the dining table is spacious for our large family. The surrounding is perfect. Nice place with fantastic view in the center of Hua hin. I recommend this place ka.

Annie was super helpful host good communication with clear instructions on how to access accommodation as we were arriving late evening. Location is on main rd easy to walk to beach restaurants .. apartment is small and balcony to .. comfortable bed. Everything was clean and comfortable.

From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by everything this property had to offer. The amazing pool was undoubtedly the highlight. It was beautifully maintained, sparkling clean, and incredibly inviting – the perfect spot to cool off and relax under the Thai sun. We spent hours enjoying its refreshing waters and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable. It was evident that a lot of thought went into the design and furnishing, providing a true home-away-from-home feel.  The location was ideal, not far from the beach, allowing for easy access to the soft sands and gentle waves of Hua Hin.
