It is a 15 minute drive to Sarpsborg, where you will find, among other things, shopping malls, Inspera and the "Superland" water park. There is nice nature in the nearby area with good opportunities for nice walks or exercise trips, either by bike or on your feet. It is a 15 minute drive to Sweden. Høysand offers a great beach with diving board, playground, football field, volleyball courts, mini golf, tennis, etc.

Nice cabin on big, warm and kid friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially renovated in the later years, with a new kitchen, newer bathroom and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex sleeps four as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large veranda with several seating areas. It is of course lovely to be here during the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.
