The old house at Solnes Farm

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents received the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from around 1950. We live in the other part of the house. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 8 alpacas and many goats on the farm, you can join in the care on demand and if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life as we are in full employment and have four small children.

The apartment is located in Kyrkjebø, a ten-minute walk to the Joker convenience store and a ten-minute drive to Høyanger city center. The apartment is 91 sqm on one floor, large furnished veranda with gas grill available (view of the parish fjord which is located just 50 meters from the plot). High mountains and many nice mountain trips within 1 km range. Less than five kilometers from the apartment to the top of Moldurfjell which is 844 m above sea level overlooking half of the parish fjord. See pictures

Historic house surrounded by unspoiled nature.

Older, newly renovated house of 300 m2. Located on a hill with a unique view at the border of the Sørebødalen nature reserve. Ideal starting point for hiking and fishing trips. Boats can be hired for fishing in the fjord. In Almdokkevatnet, boats and nets can be used free of charge with the purchase of a fishing licence. An old timber living room with sleeping loft and meeting room for 30 can be rented in addition. Parking in the yard. Can also be rented together with a cabin in the forest.

Great cabin at the entrance gate to Stølsheimen. Large sunny terrace with beautiful views of water and mountains. Possibilities for barbecue and bonfire. Great hiking terrain and 3 min drive to Stordalen ski resort. Possibility for hunting and fishing. Fishing/hunting licenses can be purchased at Fjellstuen or online. Parking below the cabin during summer time. Small road up to the cabin (as shown in picture). In winter you have to walk up from Stordalen Fjellstue, this takes about 10 min.

Big Cabin

Ortnevik is two and half hours north of Bergen, on the south side of the Sognefjord. It's a picturesque Norwegian village sitting by the fjord at the foot of the Stølsheimen National Park. The local ferry can take you to see a bit more of the surrounding area, such as Vik, Voss and Flåm. Along side the mountain and forest trails, fishing and rowing activities found here. We expect guests to clean the cabin to the same standard they found it in or there is the option of cleaning for 500 NOK.

Koselig leilighet på eget gårdstun. Hele gårdstunet er tilgjengelig. Gårdstunet består av et hus med to leiligheter, og et eldre hus. Det er gode turmuligheter fra tunet, og ellers i nærområdet. Vi har stølshus på fjellet som en kan få tilgang til. Flotte fiskeforhold ved elv i nærheten, og på fjellet. Det er og mulig med guida fisketur. Vi har og en 2 roms leilighet i samme bygget, som kan leies. I samme tunet står det og et eldre karhus med 3 soverom som er tilgjengelig.

The cabin is peacefully located in a forest area by Sognefjorden. The original log cabin has been upgraded to modern standards, with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The old timber walls provide a special tranquility and atmosphere, and the house is decorated with fine, handmade details. Two terraces with garden furniture and barbecue, parking in the yard. Boat can be rented from the host 500 meters away. Good hiking opportunities in the area.

Lovely cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Cabin perfect for a family, friends or a romantic getaway! 2,5 hour drive from Bergen. This cabin has all you need for a good time. Beatifull view over the sea, big porch to enjoy the sun. Shower, washingmachine, TV, Internett, Sound system, heatpump, fireplace, big dinnertable with chairs for 8 people. As a host i will do my outmost to make sure for a pleasant stay.
