Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

A tranquil cabin in nature. You may have the entire lake to yourself. If you do not have a 4wd, a 5-10 minute walk is required. A charming, rustic cabin in the woods awaits. This lakefront cottage is a quiet oasis in the winter, a place of peace and tranquility to unwind in nature. Just a few minutes (20 minutes) away from ski Crabbe Mountain and accessible by snowmobile. As there is one washroom & the water takes a hour to heat, no more than 4-5 guests are suggested.
