House vacation rentals in Howell Township

We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Vallyn was so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. It is a very large place with PLENTY of glasses, silverware, plates, etc (which is not always the case in these larger homes). The house is on the older side, so some of the handles are loose while some doors stick - but it was perfect for our needs and we had a great stay - would recommend.

Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! Anything that we forgot , the house had it , it was above and beyond equipped ! Great location ! Friendly neighbors ! Perfect for hosting an intimate gathering !

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Belmar! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach weekend. The location was super convenient—an easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the boardwalk. The space was just as described, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the porch and in the cozy living area. It felt like a great home base after a day out in the sun. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a great experience and a spot we'd definitely come back to for another stay in Belmar.

Christopher was a wonderful host and extremely responsive and helpful! As well as informative regarding things to do during our stay!! The home was beautiful and very accommodating for our group. The whole home was very clean and had plenty of helpful amenities!!

Frank and Jennifer’s place is fantastic. So well stocked with everything you could need, specially in the kitchen which made it easy to cook at home. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the garden but it must be lovely if warmer! Jennifer was quick to reply to any questions we had. Would love to stay again! 😀

Carlos’s place is great 👍 sparkling clean and new stuff with high technology. Lots of good furnitures, big TVs. Nice big shower head… Carlos is a very nice host. Very responsive, easy to communicate, always available when you need help.

Spectacular! Perfect location, amenities and condition! Short walks to all of town and campus. Exceptionally comfortable home to relax in. Sara was gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend!

David's place was great. A very special location, with beautiful views of the Delaware River. We would love to return for another getaway from the city.

Absolutely pristinely clean. It is on a quiet street but fyi, congested with street parking. The beds were very comfortable. We did have some confusion getting in, but it was because of rain and darkness. We were unfamiliar with bringing our own linens because it is uncommon in our region but we know that it is common for Jersey shore. We did wish we’d brought hand and kitchen towels, totally forgot, so bring a couple! There were lots of paper towels and plenty of hand soap. We appreciated the vacuum for crumbs. Felt safe and so clean, would definitely stay here again!

We loved the area. Conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The house was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. Lisa was always responsive and a please to work with as host.

Michael's place was immaculate, with a fully stocked kitchen, ample towels and linens (all new), amazing beds and bedding. The location was fantastic, a block from the beach and 15 minute walk to Main Street. He was proactive, kind, extremely responsive and made us feel very welcome. Just FYI as of this posting on 5/20/25 there is construction next store during the week 8a-4p, not sure how long it will be (they are renovating the house next door).

It is a great place to stay, close to many restaurants and not too far from the beach. Extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. The garage entertainment area looked like a fun place to hang out, however we never really got to enjoy that area as we were constantly on the move. I'd definitely stay at this residence again.

This place was beautiful and perfect for a big family wedding weekend. The house had everything we needed and then some. Great location, walkable, but still felt private and set back from the busy road. The home and kitchen is stocked with so much (spices/other things for cooking, coffee, board games and tons more) which helped make us feel so at home. We really had a blast visiting Red Bank, and Vahid’s place played a huge role in that!!

Perfect location in between main street and beach+ size for our girls/family event weekend! Well decorated and furnished for all needs. Appreciate the beach cruisers & restaurant recommendation’s. Roberto was very communicative during and after the booking process. We stayed with our dog, and the place suited our small family perfectly! It’s within walking distance to a beach and the vibes of the house really out you there. I’ll definitely stay again in the future if I’m coming to the area.

Cannot say enough good things about this incredible home! My 3 friends and I were blown away by how clean, well-stocked, and well decorated this home was. It had everything you could ever need for a perfect weekend at the shore. The host Nicole was an amazing, so responsive and proactive with everything to make it a stress free stay. Our family spent an idyllic 4 days at Pickle Farm!! Gorgeous surroundings, beautiful historic farmhouse with modern updates. We did not want for anything! Communications with host and property manager were perfect. I would go back this weekend if I could!! (Whoever is there in the next week will be treated to a spectacular show of daffodils and tulips!!)
