Close to Metro. The apartment was built from scratch, as part of a 'green', energy-efficient renovation of an 1890 row house, whose entire ground floor it spans. Parking is often available in the house's adjacent, private garage, for a fee.

100's of 5 star reviews can't be wrong! Always professionally cleaned & sanitized: consists of 2 separate units, main house & apartment below. Main kitchen stocked w/ all cookware & available to use in the apartment. Amazing, quiet neighbors who enjoy greeting our guests. Easy access to anywhere in DC w/ shops and restaurants w/in a short walk. Home secured by Vivint Smart Home & annually inspected by DC. Unfortunately, not a home for the ability impaired w/ many steps to climb between floors.

The living area is designed with a blend of modern furnishings, featuring a circular coffee table at the center. A large sectional sofa, accent chairs, and a flat-screen television are positioned for comfort. Natural light is highlighted through sliding glass doors that lead outside.
