You can sit in the covered jacuzzi all year round and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. From here you can explore famous places such as Geiranger and Olden (approx. 2h), Loen with Skylift (1.5h), the bird island Runde, Øye (1h) and the Jugendbyen Ålesund (1.5h). Mountain trips on foot and on skis to Slogen, Saudehornet, Liadalsnipa, Molladalen and Melshornet (you can walk from the cabin). Close to several alpine and cross-country ski slopes.

The small boat harbor is a 5-minute walk away. Ørsta is known for its beautiful mountains that are suitable for both hiking and skiing. Free parking. The bus station is 5 minutes away. Ørsta/Volda Airport is 3 km away.

Within a 30 minutes drive you can find plenty of possibilities to experience the Norwegian nature with cute puffins, exciting trails, deep fjords and the rough ocean. Our home is the perfect place to make your dream come true!

Volda, home with views in rural surroundings, 1st floor

The decor is a mix of retro, old treasures and a little new. Duvets and pillows are mostly new. Can provide thinner ones if desired. We live in the countryside, our village is called Hjartåbygda, 10 min by car from Volda city center. There is no public transport, so you should have your own car. Nice hiking area right outside the door, marked trails. Otherwise quiet and peaceful. Right by the lake, and by car it is not far to many of Sunnmøre's beautiful mountains.

Central Home in Volda near the University

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Short way to the city center, grocery store, restaurant, fitness center, sports facilities, water park, swimming pool, college, and hospital. Popular hiking area in the immediate vicinity. In the middle of what Sunnmøre has to offer of fjords and mountains. Popular excursion sites such as Hjørundfjord, Geiranger, Stryn, Loen, Olden, Nordfjordeid, Runde, Ålesund, just a car ride away.

Cabin in Dalsbygd

Cozy cabin by the main road, a mile from Folkestad in Volda municipality. The cabin is located by itself and has a boathouse, here you can fish and swim. The cabin is simple and has four beds, in addition to a living room and kitchen in one with simple standard. There is a balcony and a garage where there is both a barbecue and sun loungers you can use. There is electric heating, but also a wood burning stove and wood that can be used.
