Welcome to idyllic Flekkerøy. Here are good sun conditions and bathing facilities. The place is of a high standard with a jetty and a private plot that is well furnished. You will find a dining area, sun loungers, a parasol, a gas grill and lounge furniture where you can enjoy lovely sunny days. It takes about 25 mins. to drive to Dyreparken, 20 mins to Kristiansand city center and 3 mins drive to grocery store. There are also public transport nearby.

Private bathing jetty and rock on the property. Great hiking trails in the area. 4 km to the store. 15 minutes to the Zoo and Sørlandssenteret. 25 minutes to Kristiansand and 20 minutes to idyllic Lillesand. The apartment is soundproofed, but not 100% soundproof.

Hytten er godt isolert og har en vedovn klar til bruk.Hytten består ellers av et lite kjøkken,toalett,ett soverom og hems med dobbel seng. Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.
