Climb the beautiful granite staircase that serves it and discover its superb volumes, its bright rooms. Renovated in 2020, it has all the necessary equipment for moments with family or friends. You have access to the 8 ha wooded park that surrounds the property and its water feature.

At the back of the house, a small courtyard and garden furniture will welcome you and a large lockable cellar will secure your bikes. In a few steps, you will reach the towpath that borders the Mayenne, where the VéloFrancette passes, you will visit the Ursuline Convent and you will stroll through the alleys of old Château-Gontier.

Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

Moulin de Neuville - charming old water Mill

Experience an unusual stay over the water where the surrounding environment is a delightful invite for total escape! This old water mill converted into a gîte offers an exceptional view on the river Mayenne and its holiday-taste landscape right from your arrival up on the hill heading to the lock. Access to the gîte is via one of the footbridges crossing the lock before arriving in this pretty building where charm and comfort combine.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

this historic residence located on the outskirts of Château-Gontier is classified for its 17th century exterior facade and 19th century interior decor. It benefits from a refined interior, spacious rooms, in a quiet environment with a wooded park and a medieval water moat. It has a saltwater pool terrace, ping pong room and a barbecue and pizza oven terrace. Ideal for a family reunion or meeting with friends.
